I’ve been using Petal Sweet for a couple months and have been so happy with the service. Jenna and Vanessa have went above and beyond our expectations, and I greatly appreciate attention their to detail. I absolutely recommend Petal Sweet, and my only regret is not bringing them in sooner.

Chelsea and Ashley were wonderful! Our home smelled like a hotel when we walked in and it was spotless. They even arranged our toiletries nicely. This was our first time using a cleaning service and we will be using Petal Sweet again and again!

Ashley did an absolutely amazing job! Her attention to detail is incredible — every room looked spotless and thoughtfully organized. She went above and beyond to make our home sparkle, even adding those little finishing touches like straightening out boots by the door and leaving a little notecard. Today’s clean was exactly the level of service I was hoping for when booking with Petal Sweet.

Nicollette and Kylie were amazing!!! It was incredible how efficient, kind, and professional they were and even nice to our cats. Petal Sweet Cleaning Services was prompt in responding, had reasonable prices and did a through job deep cleaning our home, which it badly needed. I am very impressed and look forward to hiring them again!

This is my third cleaning company I have used and they are by far the best. My house is always spotless and they clean even the small things that tend to be overlooked by most cleaners. I always know I’ll come home to a clean house which helps me relax and also makes it a thousand times easier to keep it clean. Best money I spend for myself and my family!

I own a rental property which was recently vacated and the tenant left the unit in very poor condition. I called Petal Sweet Cleaning and asked if they could come out as soon as possible. I spoke to Amber and she was able to switch a few thing around and got to us scheduled in the next day. Paige and Nefertiti showed up on time. They were very pleasant and showed genuine concern for our situation. Amber followed up with me the next day to make sure I was happy with their service. I inspected the unit and it was night and day. I would highly recommend Petal Sweet for all of your cleaning needs. Amber, Paige, and Nefertiti are awesome!

The cleaning is always so thorough and I’m always happy with their work. They pay great attention to the details and my kids love how they organize their play toys! They also take great pride in their work- something was missed once and they immediately came back to reclean! Thanks Amber, Claudia, and Molly for doing such a great job!

Ashley did just a wonderful job. I have had lots of issues in the past six weeks with health scares in my family that I haven’t been able to keep up with Cleaning at all. Thank goodness I came home to a beautiful clean house today..

We have been using Petal Sweet for a few months now, we started with a deep clean in October and since then we have had regular housecleaning done every two weeks. The house always looks wonderful after, but this last week in particular it was absolutely fabulous. Claudia did an amazing job from top to bottom. Her attention to every detail was so appreciated, and she was so pleasant and friendly. We would love to have her back!

Have been using them for about a year. Cleaners have been great - thorough and professional (Shout-out to Claudia our most recent who did an amazing job). They are also very flexible with scheduling. Overall, we have been very pleased with their cleaning services.

Kylie, Natasha and Sara did an amazing job deep cleaning for us following some construction here. Further— such nice girls. They were such nice company. I will engage Petal Sweet for maintenance cleaning now. It was exactly what I was looking for in a clean— I am picky when it comes to cleaning. Highly organized and quality oriented. A breath of fresh air.

I have been using Petal sweet for several months now and absolutely love them!! The service has always been outstanding! The past couple visits we have had the privilege of having Amiha clean for us and she has just been amazing. She goes above and beyond and even made up my girls doll house last time so cute! My baseboards, stairs, cabinets, everything looks amazing! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I had a great experience with Petal Sweet Cleaning Services from start to finish. The team who scheduled the service was extremely attentive and thorough — for a company, it truly felt very in the weeds and customer-focused rather than transactional.

The cleaning team arrived right on time, were professional and friendly, and immediately understood what I was asking for during the initial walkthrough. They did an excellent job cleaning and paid attention to the details I cared about.

After the service, I received a follow-up call where they asked for feedback (which I genuinely had none) and I requested to have the same team again — which I really appreciated. Pricing is very transparent, and overall I’m extremely pleased with my experience. I will absolutely be using them again and highly recommend!

Petal Sweet cleaners are wonderful! They came today to do a deep clean on my house and I was thrilled with the result. They arrived in the scheduled window, were professional and courteous, and did an incredibly thorough job. I wish I would have done this years ago when I initially thought about it.

Scheduling with amber was also a breeze. She provided very detailed information on what to expect and was very quick to respond to my emails during the initial scheduling process. Start to finish, 10/10 working with petal sweet!! Highly recommend!!

I cannot say enough great things about Petal Sweet Cleaning Service! We just moved into a new home, and they did an incredible deep clean from top to bottom. They truly got into all the nooks and crannies…even cleaning the blinds three separate times to try to remove leftover construction dust. That level of care and attention to detail really stood out to me.
They did an amazing job on the refrigerator, oven, countertops, and every surface throughout the house. After the stress of moving, it was such a relief to walk into a spotless, fresh space. It immediately made the house feel like home.
I highly recommend their deep clean service if you're moving in or just need a thorough reset. Also, Kevin… who handles scheduling …is an absolute pleasure to work with. He’s organized, kind, and makes the whole process smooth and easy.

I have had nothing but amazing and professional experiences with the Cleaning Authority! They were GREAT to work with and always provided such impeccable work and exuded great professionalism! We had done a one-time, deep clean before we listed our house, then weekly cleanings while it was being shown, dropping down to every other week, and then finally a move out clean. Every time they came to clean our home was great. The move out clean is probably my best advice to anyone! Take the stress out of moving and let the pro's do the work... they did an AMAZING job and it was move in ready for the next owner! We would continue having them if we did not move. Rick and team are great to work with and are always open to communication.

Appreciate the consistency of having Summer clean our home. The team does a good job. It is nice to come home to a clean home!
