Tom and #1 was a great experience. They were professional from start to finish, and helped pick out the perfect setting for my house.

#1 Landscape is our HOA contractor so unfortunately they are our "go to" for any lawn issues. They are terrible. We have been begging them since October 2023 to get rid of the crabgrass or barngrass in our yard, but it has only gotten worse and now new growth is sprouting over entire areas of our backyard plus we actually still have the patches from 2023. Despite paying #1 through my HOA fees, I am having to pay a second landscaper to finally come in to solve this problem. Our HOA has had many complaints about #1, but we are stuck in a long term contract with this company.

Peth's Landscaping did an amazing job on the landscaping features they installed. Jeremy had an amazing vision and executed it impeccably. His team was fantastic. If you are looking for a landscaping team who will treat you with respect, take care of you as a customer, and even follow up with you on the project post completion, Peth's Landscaping is a must in medina county.

Jeremy and his crew at Peths Landscaping, Inc. did a fantastic job on the landscaping surrounding my patio and back of the house. Jeremy was great in communicating regarding the schedule and project details. The crew was also very polite and easy to work with. Job well done! Definitely would recommend Jeremy for your landscaping needs!

A keener landscape takes care of my rental properties so I don't have to!! It's one less thing I don't have to worry about because I know it's taken care of.

Called and scheduled and estimate and no one showed up at scheduled time. Never even heard back from them. Very disappointed that no one could even call and let me know that they weren't coming.

Matt and his staff did a great job planting bushes and flowers . They even continued working in an absolute downpour to finish the job . I would absolute recommend this company . Very pleased

NOT dependable! They made an appointment to give me an estimate on a rather large hardscape project. Unfortunately after waiting for hours and hours they never showed up. I called a couple of times and no one answered or ever called me back, they just ignored me they didn't even bother apologizing. Shame on them, not nice people!

By far...the most worst experience & so unprofessional & offensive
For starters no introduction, so when i introduced myself & seen he had began working quicker than was discussed, i inquired about waterproofing.... (im not a landscaper & is coming with zero knowledge). He immediately began a rant about how long hes been in business and the fact that no one has ever asked him that question he proceeded to ask "could you not stop watering the seed because i came out of my way to check your lawn". At that juncture I let my husband deal with him. A few days later i call the office hoping not to speak with him but he ended up calling back. I asked why 4 weeks and still no grass and he literally stated a neighbor has more grass than we do because we dont water enough.(watered everyday at dusk) It didnt stop there he told my husband he bet the water bill wont be comparable to our neighbors ( water bill more than doubled for the quarter) he stated it takes a year to grow grass but ive seen others grow in 3 weeks that he has done. He also stated that he thinks we were done wrong by other contractors (never dealt with a landscape company before) my husband wanted to keep cool until he thorougly finished what was contracted and he WAS PAID TO DO. If i could give him negative stars I would. Definately not referring and ive learned that I WILL HIRE THROUGH WORD OF MOUTH FROM FRIENDS ONLY. He stated we should hire him for maintenance.....not as long as I have breath. Infact I had to sadly take to social media for recommendations and i'd gladly hire someone whos just starting there landscape business than to ever have him back on my property

I have usedKeener Landscaping for several years and can't tell how pleased I am with them. Can't imagine lliving here in the winter without their snowplowing! Matt is so dependable and so very caring with the work that he does - it is very prsonal to him. Then he thrilled us all with the gorgeous stonework he started doing! Incredible - as you can tell he is 5 Star in my book -
