Dan and his crew did a very professional job cutting a large dead tree down from my backyard. The city of Mentor was after me to remove it so I needed to act quickly. Dan was out the next day to give me a quote!!! Dans prices are great and he even worked with me on payments which is very rare these days!!! Great communication throughout the whole process!! Liked that he's local too!!!!

The folks at Think Outdoor did a fantastic job. Extremely responsive and reasonably priced given the quality of work. We had multiple needs - stumps removal, brush haul/chip, tree pruning and removal, all done professionally and with care.

Dan and his crew were amazing. They showed up as promised and did an excellent job. They removed seven 30 year old pine trees about 25 feet from the side of our house along with grinding out the stumps. The work was done Christmas week 2021. The weather wasn't the greatest to be working outside. There was a lot of man labor with wet yards. Prices were excellent and they were in and out in 1 1/2 days. Anyone looking for tree removal, I would definitely give these guys a call.

Highly recommend Dan and his team! Dan came out and provided an estimate within hours of my call and the work was completed in less than two weeks. I needed a tree removed, as well as some English Ivy removed. Dan and his crew did both. Dan was quick to respond and give an estimate, very friendly and professional. Tree removal and stump grinding were quick and efficient, and it was nice to have option to have them haul it all away. The Ivy removal was also quick, Dan communicated every step of the way what he would do. I have 2 dogs and he let us know when he was going to spray the ivy, so that we would know when to keep our dogs off of it. Prices were fair and reasonable. I will definitely be using Dan and his guys in the future for other projects.

Dan from Think Outdoor showed up the day after I left him a message inquiring about his company’s services to look and quote the job. He was friendly, professional, informative and combined my thoughts with his expertise to suggest a plan. He left me with a detailed quote including drawing and pricing. He and his crew showed up before scheduled and carefully and expeditiously removed 3 large trees, several smaller trees and saplings, grinded stumps, removed brush, chipped and hauled away all wood in less than 2 days! He left the job and yard clean and also was able to recommend other ideas/companies to help me complete my goal. Overall we are very pleased with this company and crew.

I can pretty much guarantee that if you use this company you will be very satisfied. Very professional, easy to deal with and talk to. I'm very satisfied customer and I will use them again if I need them in the future.

Update on September 2nd 2023 after using this company for the second time. You won't find a better group of individuals. I called them and they came right out after the tornado hit my backyard. They gave me a very fair price. And they are dog friendly. I Highly recommend them and they are my go-to company

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Dan was very professional, responsive, efficient, and friendly. His quote was also very affordable. Dan and crew trimmed several large trees just as we discussed and cleaned up the yard when they were finished. I will definitely call Dan again if I ever need future service.

Dan came and gave an estimate to remove a rotten tree directly behind my house and the option of getting it cut that very day! Not many people would rush into a decision like that ~ however, the weather report said SNOW the next day, which would make it more difficult to get the job done. In 1 1/2 hrs., he and his crew returned and then dropped that 30 ft tree down in a matter of minutes. It took another 2 hrs. for cut and clean-up. Dan was very responsive to my initial request for a quote to cut down and remove a tree, as well as trim some dead branches off of another tree. Dan and crew completed the job quickly and left the yard very clean. I will definitely call Dan again for any future service.

Dan and his team did an absolutely great job. We had Think Outdoor trim two trees for us, one that was overgrown and one that had a bunch of dead limbs. Not only do the trees looks great, but once Dan and his team left, you could not even tell they had been there. Not so much as a twig left after they cleaned up. Great prices, and they showed up when they said they would. Definitely recommend Think Outdoor without hesitation.

The owner Bob, super rude! I walked in and before I could say a word he was not interested. Great customer service clowns. I wouldn’t recommend such closed minded business practices to anyone. Stay away

Would give ZERO stars if i could. Talked to the owner..after trying to schedule an estimate leaving many unanswered Voice and emails. Very unprofessional...must be short staffed-no secretary...and probably cuts corners, unreliable etc etc. STAY AWAY..I am.

Owner was beyond rude on the phone didn’t have someone else come out to re-clean what wasn’t done. He just said ok I’ll give your money back and hung up. I even was asking if I could just have different people come clean and send him pictures showing what wasn’t done appropriately and he wasn’t even willing to except the pictures and when I mentioned having a different crew he said yeah I’ll have to look at my schedule. He straight up Doesn’t care.

Terrible Service. NEVER use them!!! Used them for years to clean a business. Told them we would no longer need their service because we were moving. Gave them a 30 day notice. They just never showed up again. Called and left a message they never called back. When I called from another phone number the Owner answered and said " You don't need us we don't need you" and hung up on me. What a terrible way to run a business. I would NEVER recommend them!!!!!

Have had them clean for me for over a year and it has been an over all good experience. In their allotted time frame they were able to go above and beyond, and the employees are very kind and have good manners. use this service is you want a good job.
