I had to change my regular cleaning to a different day so I didn’t have my same team. I had team 9(Antonia and Michelle). I never saw them, but I know I was very pleased when I got home because my home was so well taken care of.

Impressive cleaning service. I've been using TCA for about three months. The same crew of 2 to 3 people cleans my house every two weeks and they do a great job. I work from home and they are very respectful of my time and when I am on meetings. They are very sweet to my crazy dog. Shout out to Ash & Maddy! While a bit pricey, TCA is much more thorough than any other service I've used in the past. They have a system for ensuring the whole house is deep cleaned every month. I feel great about the cleanliness of my house - it literally shines!

Team 19 - Kate, Hailey & Gabby did a great job! This rotation focused on the Dining rm, Family rm, and both offices. They hit the high traffic areas each cleaning of Kitchen and bathrooms. Due to my working from home, they sometimes have to skip my office but will do their best to clean around me.

TCA is a lifesaver! Team 22 is awesome and thorough - we are so grateful. 100% recommend.

Girls are very nice. They are patient with my mom who has short term memory issues and likes to joke with them while they are cleaning.

This company restored my faith in humanity !!! My central recently air died an horrible and total death. The cost to replace was (let us just say it’s A LOT). I an effort to reduce costs until fixed, I paused my account for a couple of months. Matt, the owner, reached out to me and offered me cleanings for 2 months because “I am a loyal, valued customer.” I was stunned, in fact, I said “wait, are you serious?” He was serious. Matt, do this is so thoughtful and generous of you and Team 18. I am a very busy working, single mom, who can use every bit of help I cant get. Matt, I promise I will pay your kindness forward. Ashleigh and Brittany (team 18) you both do a phenomenal job every time you clean my house. The house is sparkling when I get home I am so very grateful and humbled, genuinely, Thank you.

The Cleaning Authority’s team of experienced professionals combined a deep cleaning with an eye for detail in areas we had overlooked. The kitchen cabinet faces were so thoroughly cleaned and sanitized it restored the beauty of the wood surfaces. I highly recommend this company and applaud their commitment to a quality job and impressive communication.

The two women that cleaned were very friendly and professional. Even my little dogs liked them. They did a bang up job! The floors were so shiny and clean. The kitchen and baths looked fantastic. I would recommend the Cleaning Authority to anyone who is considering having their home cleaned.

Last year was our first season for our wedding venue and because it was new our family took turns cleaning our 16,000 sq ft Manor House, 3,000 sq ft Carriage House and our 6,000 sq ft barn. This year we decided to hire a cleaning company that we were able to trust and count on, which allows us to focus on our clients.

I called several companies but found that when speaking to the owner, Matthew, there was something special about his company. I knew right away how much respect Matthew had for his employee. Since we are a family run business, this is very important when hiring any type company.

The team from The Cleaning Authority always does an incredible job and is now part of our Basil Place family.

The ladies that help us keep our home clean are the best! They are professional but also down to earth. They clean with detail and also love our dogs. When we first determined that we needed some extra help keeping things clean, I felt a little guilty, but the cleaners were able to empathize with me and made me feel so much more comfortable with needing help. This was my first cleaning experience with any company. I was amazed at all the areas that were cleaned which included baseboards, blinds and even the oven! They were very personable and professional. I'm an avid cleaner myself (or used to be!) and they cleaned more areas than I would have done. I highly recommend the Cleaning Authority for all your cleaning needs. GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK!
