    My husband and I were so impressed with the quality of the people that work at Unique in Cleveland, OH. From the sales associates to office staff to Installers they work as a team. We had leaf gutters installed on our 1960's ranch, needless to say they are beautiful! The work crew was diligent in tearing off the old gutters which were full of ice and snow and installing the new gutter system. We would definitely consider Unique in other jobs we have.

    Buyer and first time homeowner Beware These guys will scam you into a sale that is WAY overpriced (most likely to line their pockets). They reel you into products by explaining how much better they are than box stores...but after finding out differences, it's not by much. I paid $4000 (almost was 4.5k) For an entry door fully installed with one half circle window on top (no door knob hardware) I soon found out it was WAY too much for one door! My rear entry door and a man door for the garage was only $2500! Also you pay for "quality and a warranty" but they charge you $100+ to come out to fix anything. Find somewhere else

    I had a bathroom remodeled. I was sold on the fact the they offered total satisfaction and a life time warranty. After the remodel was nearly finished I found that the salesman was no longer with the company and that the work that I thought would be completed, wasn't going to get finished...so I was stuck with a half finished bathroom and a large renovation bill. I called the company to see if they would correct problem. I was told that service manager would contact me.( this was in November 2022). AS of this date (January 20, 2023..I haven't heard from their service manager....

    We have utilized Unique’s services twice now, for a bathtub/bathroom remodel and full home window installation project. The level of quality of workmanship and products are second to none! Not only is the service provided in a timely manner, but it done so effectively and efficiently! I try to do most of my home projects myself, but for larger projects I only refer to Unique Home Solutions! I would recommend this company to anyone—even my own family!
