Josh and Olivia were and is wonderful to work with! They are very quick to get you a quote, start service and thier pricing is very reasonable! Very professional and super tenative to living creatures that may be living in the overgrown areas!

Would highly recommend priority tree because they do great work at a reasonable cost! This is the second time we’ve had them come out to do work for us, and both times we were delighted by the quick and friendly service. Recently, Chex and his partner Zach (I believe) did a great job trimming and removing a tree close to our house with no issues.

The experience started out good, we thought the crew did a decent job of removing 2 trees in my yard. Then my neighbor showed me the damage to his front yard, so I had to call and have them come back out to fill a couple holes and put grass seed down, which they kindly did. The main issue stems from having my stumps ground out. I've called a couple of times, and have been told they need to contact their stump guy to figure out when he would be out, and was told "either the end of this week, or sometime next week". That was 2 weeks ago. I called today, and was told that I had opted out of having my stumps ground out. They pointed to their contract that they sent me, which had been quoted for 3 stumps @ $500... I only had 2 trees removed, so I did not select that option, and instead emailed the sales person stating that I need the 2 stumps removed. In all of my conversations leading up to today, the removal of the stumps was discussed. Not sure what has changed, but my opinion of Priority Tree certainly has.

I can't say enough about Andrew Wilson, owner of Priority Tree! We came home last night to find our cat stuck in a tree about 30 feet from the ground on a branch. Because it was so cold Corkey was pretty shaky up on that limb. This morning I first called our fire department who came out and tried to think of ways to get her down (the tree was behind our home on a sharp sloping hill so it wasn't safe to use ladders). I then called Priority Tree. Andrew answered (on Super Bowl Sunday morning!) and asked me to send him pictures. He then called and headed straight over to our home. He climbed the tree and got Corkey down safely.! Not many people would have come out on a Sunday morning like Andrew did. So while this is not a "tree" story per se, it is account of Andrews character. There are lots of tree service companies, but its hard to find someone with his kind of character.

Priority Tree, LLC did a great job! Professional and courteous. They showed up on time, pruned and trimmed our trees as we had asked, and cleaned up all debris.

Andrew was fantastic. He was prompt, kind, responsive and thorough. No one likes to come home to a downed tree... but Andrew solved the problem quickly and courteously. Highly recommend.
