Great experience with Servpro after a leak in my home. From the initial call to assess the water damage to the final result with new flooring and painted walls, everything went smoothly. The contractors were professional, the team working with my insurance was fantastic, and communication was top notch throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Dakota came within an hour of the call to ICON. We were referred to them by our plumber (with Thomas and Galbraith). Their company trusts and appreciates the work that they do. The ceiling, insulation, flooring and baseboards were removed, and dehumidifiers and fans were placed to help start drying everything. He also sprayed germicide to prevent mold. Every piece of ceiling, dust and insulation was cleaned up- he treated our home with a lot of care and it was appreciated. We look forward to working with Dakota and ICON to restore our home back to the way it was.

We had a leak in our roof causing a soft spot in our living room ceiling. Dakota came out and was very nice and professional and cut out the ceiling drywall and remove the affected area.

After a huge storm this week, I had widespread water intrusion across the back of my basement. Icon had someone out within a matter of hours after I called. Our technician Dakota was knowledgeable, informative and comforting in the midst of a particularly stressful situation. He worked quickly to rip out the affected materials while remaining cautious and thorough, and gave me tips and suggestions on next steps. I hope I never run into another situation where I need them (nobody WANTS water damage), but if I do, I certainly know who I’ll be calling! Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Icon Property Rescue enough! After experiencing a significant water damage incident, I called them a few hours after the issue occurred, and Garrett, Seth, and Doug arrived within an hour of my call. Their prompt response and willingness to jump right into action late at night made all the difference. Despite the severity of the situation and the late hour, they worked diligently through the night until around 3 or 4 a.m., ensuring everything was handled with care and precision.

Their energetic and positive attitudes alleviated many of my concerns during a very stressful time. The team demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, treating our property and belongings with the utmost care. They even went above and beyond, carefully wrapping non-affected areas in plastic to contain debris and mess, and installing a zipper door for easy access to my belongings.

Garrett has continued to follow up daily, checking on progress and adjusting equipment as needed. His consistent communication and dedication to making the process as seamless as possible have greatly exceeded my expectations. Seth and Doug also did an outstanding job during the initial cleanup, and their efforts that night were truly commendable.

Brandin was excellent! When we had an inch of standing water in the basement, he arrived promptly and got to work right away. Once he finished the initial estimate, he worked with us to reduce the costs to fit within our budget. He laid everything out in an easy to understand manner and seemed to have our best interest in mind. I am extremely satisfied and if we need water remediation services in the future, Icon will be my first call.

Had a great experience with Icon, they were quick to send out a tech and get us a free quote after our bathroom sink flooded., Dakota was professional, quick and transparent and walked us through the mitigation process while explaining everything and answering all questions. Would recommend!

We had a main sewer line flood a portion of our basement and called this company after they were recommended by 1-Tom-Plumber. They sent Dakota out within an hour to come access the damage, give us a quote, give us time to call insurance and then got started as soon as we gave them the okay. We are super greatly for their excellent service and will definitely use them again in the case of any home disaster instances. Thanks again!

We had our septic system fail and back up water to the basement and had to call icon over the weekend. Wesley and Brandon came out and did a phenomenal job. They stayed late into the evening until everything was cleaned right. We would definitely use Icon again, but hopefully we won’t need too. 😆
