Dakota was very honest and helped explain the steps necessary to taking care of my crawl space. Really appreciated his help especially being late at night when he came.

My sprinkler system froze and burst creating a major flood in my condominium. (Ceiling down to floors ruining most of my main living/kitchen area). Brandin Canida , Boo and Doug acted quickly , arrived within an hour of damage. They got started on the project, no breaks, from 10 am to 7pm doing clean up. Wet drywall , floors and baseboards, Cold temps, insulation drenched with cold frozen dirty water, …not a sound out of these guys. Pros indeed with such fortitude!!! Mainly the kindness and work ethic of these guys is incredible and rare these days. Brandin visits daily with a crew to ensure water is being dried up and assessed the damage to ensure a good install post damage. I own a small business and know what a RARE TREASURE it is to have men like this work for you. Please give them a raise and major hats off for a job well done.

Mr. Ramey, Dakota was of great help today. He was very upfront of costs and procedures. Had the patience to educate us in a way we could understand. Will always appreciate this kind of service.

I reached out to Icon with a major flooring emergency and technician, Dakota, was assigned Immediately. Dakota was excellent with communication and evaluation of the space. The moisture was checked each day until the job was completed and the cleanup was fast and efficient. I would recommend Icon and Dakota to anyone with a flooring emergency!

Our hot water heater leaked out and flooded the flooring in our kitchen and living room. ICON came out that night (late) and did water inspection around the whole house, pulled the affected flooring, and cleaned up the water. Dakota was awesome; friendly, professional, and quick. They did a great job!

I’ll edit this review once the job is done. TLDR: Don’t use them for build back but definitely use them for remediation/dry out.

We’re using ICON for a complete flood of our house in mid-June that has us not able to even live in the home since then. We’re using them because my husband used them exclusively for years for work and loved their work and speed of service (which is why he used them exclusively). The remediation team that came out in June with Jacob and Brandin were AMAZING! I can’t say enough kind things about their team (sorry I don’t remember all of their names). Their team got to work right away, communicated daily, and were so kind! They handled all of our belongings that we were keeping with care and cleared out all of the gross items. It was hot and humid as could be and they never complained or stopped working. They got everything cleaned up and dried out within a week. If my review was based on their team alone, it would be 5 stars (more if I could give it)!!

Now on to the build back…. It’s the end of October when I’m writing this and not ansi for piece of drywall has been hung in my house. It took them until August to send someone to come get an estimate on the build back, which took him over two weeks to get to me and was totally incorrect in many areas. Come to find out he was retiring. We’ve been given the excuse that they’ve had other flood projects come in and “these projects take time” (as if we don’t know that- my husband did construction for 10 years and facilities management for 13+ years, which we explained to them and they know because many of them have worked with him when he’s called them to a job; we’re not idiots). So then I had to wait for another person to get an estimate done, which was into the next month because we didn’t get communication that the previous guy was gone. We’ve been asking them several times to start the project but they haven’t. This build team is terrible with communication and getting things done. They’re the reason for my review being so low (would be 1 star but the remediation team deserves better than that). It’s like they could care less that we’ve been out of our home that is sitting not being worked on for 4+ months. This project could have been done but they’re dragging it out.

I highly recommend them! Justin was awesome! He did a awesome job putting my new flooring. He was very considerate and cleaned up his mess! Not like other companies that don't care! Chris was awesome as well!

We had the pleasure of working with Josh from Icon. We were in a a spot with damage that happened to our master bathroom. Josh was polite, knowledgeable and helped us through a bad situation. I highly recommend Josh with Icon.

From start to finish Dylan Sizemore was fantastic. He was at the home within minutes of the call, assessed the problem, came up with a comprehensive plan for remediation, and was prepared to start work immediately! Dylan went above and beyond with follow up, calling in extra help and even getting a plumbing professional to install a new sump pump the same day! I highly recommend Dylan and Icon!

Excellent service by Dakota, service technician. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. The call customer service contacts were great too.

My Mom's basement backed up and Dakota Ramey and his team came to the rescue the same day! They worked extremely hard for hours removing damaged items from the basement and then came back to sanitize and clean everything down there! They made sure everything was totally dry before completing the job. Dakota is super sweet and was so kind to my Mom! He is a very hard worker and I highly recommend him! I would definitely use him again in the future if ever needed.
