Thank you to all that helped get my home back to a home.
We had a company install a washer/dryer and it wasn’t hooked up properly, so all the water from the washer on the 2nd floor came through the ceiling on the first floor into my living room. Josh and his team were out within an hour to start the clean up. Thank you for that.
Next was the remodel. The one guy came in and had to deal with a bunch of roadblocks but got my living room looking so good. The house is a rental and my landlord couldn’t even tell where the leak was. It looks great and I am so happy with the end result.
Everyone was so helpful and very respectful to my family and I would definitely recommend calling them if you have an emergency. They get the job done!! Thank you!!

Dakota with Icon property rescue was fantastic at helping me with an urgent flooding issue in my basement! He assessed the situation immediately and recommended various solutions since I had extremely thick paneling that had gotten wet at the bottom! He was able to cut the wood out with precision and worked with his team to come up with paneling replacement boards! Prior to the woodwork he had to remove wet carpet and shovel out the flood! My basement has been a big remodel job but without Dakotas help and direction it wouldn’t have been done as professionally!

Dakota just left and did an amazing job. Our sump pump failed overnight and we woke up to a flooded basement. Dakota explained the process fully and then got right to work. Don’t know what we would have done without you!

I spent quite a bit of time researching a company that would send someone who was professional, knowledgeable, and certified. Icon Property Rescue fit the bill. I called the number on the website and Leah answered. She was very pleasant and empathetic to my situation and scheduled Eric to come out at my earliest convenience. Eric showed up and listened to my story and went through my house giving me his thoughts and helpful suggestions. I had been running air purifiers, so he was very gracious in scheduling another visit to come and take air samples so they would be more accurate. I highly recommend Icon Property Rescue, because Eric was an answer to a prayer!

Dakota arrived quickly after we called. He explained everything he was going to do very thoroughly. Then he got busy and worked his tail off for about 5 hours or so. Very grateful. We had a big mess.

Recently we found some water leaking into our new home through our cabinets, and we had no idea what was happening. Icon responded to our needs quickly and sent Garret out to inspect this (at midnight!).

Garret, my main contact and project manager, did a wonderful job explaining the issue to us and going above and beyond to resolve it. Before committing to any specific project scopes, he clearly laid out the options and explained the differences and costs in a digestible way. He checked in frequently, since it required multiple days to dry out our walls, and helped me understand how I could “put things back together” afterwards. I appreciated his transparency and making sure we understood the problem and solution.

Overall, the service was top notch and affordable. I would highly recommend their services to anyone, and expect I will be needing them again soon!

Robbin was great! He was so kind and explained all the steps of the water damage process. He responded to our call within hours and had provided us the quote during his initial visit and was able to come out the next day to install the equipment. He came by to do an interval check and he was so flexible and able to schedule around our schedules. We appreciate the care and effort he took in protecting our house. Would highly recommend!

Had a serious pipe burst that could have caused major water damage throughout the rear portion of my home, and Icon Water Mitigation was absolutely incredible during this whole mess. They responded quickly and help was here within the hour.

Scott was my main contact and honestly, I can’t say enough good things about him. He was knowledgeable, reassuring, and walked me through every step of the process. He and his team worked efficiently to assess the damage, get the drying equipment set up, and start the water extraction right away. He and his team never spent a second longer in the house than needed, while also leaving it in a better condition than they found it (This is the cleanest my cellar has ever been).

They didn’t just handle the obvious water damage but also found moisture issues in areas I hadn’t even thought about. Scott took time to explain what they were doing and why, which made a huge difference in reducing my stress during such an overwhelming situation.

The team was respectful of my home (and my pets) and worked hard to get everything stabilized. If you’re dealing with a water crisis, I definitely recommend Icon Water Mitigation. They turned a disaster into something manageable with their expertise and fast response.

I’d say I would use this company again, but I really hope I don’t need to 🙃. But with my luck, I’m keeping their number handy.
