The tech was great, quick response time. I just feel like the prices are ridiculous. I paid it because I need the air back on. But if I was in a situation to shop around, I would have looked for a better price.

He was quick. He wasn’t here long. But he did forget to close the little door on the bottom of the furnace. So it wasn’t going to come on until it was closed and secured.

Guys came by and did a great job evaluating my home for a damper system. While they did not think it was a viable solution, they gave us other options and were professional and friendly. These days, this is worth more than money. We will be using Monroe for all of our HVAC needs.

Service tech arrived to look at system, he informed us we had a leak somewhere either the outside coil or inside, with the age of our unit we made the decision to replace the AC unit. They arrived the next morning early to replace the unit! Couldn’t be more happy with the quality of work and knowledge of service tech as well as installers.

They came out to our house, told us the repairs that were needed and gave us a quote. We’ve been trying to reach them back to schedule the work, after 2 days of calling with no response we are moving on to someone else. Don’t waste your time or your 99.00 for a quote. Meanwhile we sit in a house with no AC and it’s August.
