Shaun Haule did an estimate for an electrical project at my home and we agreed upon a date and price, then they never showed up or called back! No wonder TEI is going out of business, based on my experience, this company is worthless.

Bizarre. Called them for residential work. Chose that option from phone menu. No one answered. Went to operator who said "I can't find [her]". Left a voicemail finally for [her]. Even though it was late morning when I called, did not receive a return call until late the next afternoon. I left a very detailed message asking for a quote but called me asking what they could do for me. No thank you. I will call someone more responsive.

Thompson Electric was absolutely amazing. The guys answered very question. I was extremely impressed. I would definitely recommend these guys. They worked very hard and fixed everything I asked them to fix.

One of your drivers swerved at me on 76 east he was mad I got on the highway in front of him so he got a brake check for tailgating then he swerved at me for revenge I guess point is he's going to end up being a liability good luck

They way over charged my wife for basic outlet replacement. Then I call and asked for an itemized bill and 2 weeks later still waiting. All in all they over charged my wife and still haven't seen an itemized bill.

Had out for repair. Barely looked at problem. Did not fix or repair anything. and was charged $95 for nothing. They were the Electric service that did all electric repairs to my home that was supposed to be remodeled. All work done was not done to a safe and functional manner. Basically our electrical condition leaves us living in a fire trap. Way below third world country standards. In fact all the homes in this neighborhood are below civilzed standards. They do work for a slum lord. Will do anything for profit.

My husband and I have tried calling 3 times over the past 1+ weeks and have left messages. We had an estimate done and wanted to hire Thompson Electric. However, with the poor customer service and returning phone calls, we will be going with a different company.

We had Mr. Jack Difiore out to our house to find out why our power kept going out on our dishwasher. Turned out it was just a bad wire, but he was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in fixing what could have turned into something much worse. I will definitely use them again!
