Highly recommend this team for exterior home cleaning. Super friendly service over the phone, scheduled without a problem during my preferred time frame, excellent service in person.

Quality job. I had algae growing on one side of my home that was way overdue for a clean. They fixed this problem for me at a price I could stomach. Will definitely hire again for cleaning needs in the future.

I've used Soap + Water multiple times to powerwash my fence and concrete patio, and for window cleaning. They just washed my vinyl siding and it's so clean! and They're always courteous, professional, work with my schedule and do a great job. I highly recommend them!

AMAZING! Our technician went above what I am sure he needed to do. Had our house and patio power washed. All of our patio furniture was moved for us and everything was left better than when he came. The house and deck look incredible. Hard working and super detailed. I wish all companies were like this!

The website provides a user-friendly worksheet for counting windows to provide customers with a pricing estimate. I was very impressed with the cost to clean my windows inside and out along with my screens. The two gentleman sent to clean were very friendly and did a spotless job! We used Soap & Water for a last minute service at our home. They were highly communicative and managed to squeeze us in. We had a slight mishap during our appointment and the Soap & Water employee was one of the most professional, dedicated people we have had work on our home during our move. I cannot commend him enough, as he managed a difficult situation with more professionalism than I have seen in quite some time.

Soap and Water cleaned our windows inside and out and washed our screens. We had weeks of construction work done in our backyard and all the dirt and dust collected on the windows. After the cleaning, they look brand new! I have never had an experience with window cleaning in which there wasn't at least some streaking... until now. 100% streak free and shiny. We have east/west exposure so the sun comes through the back windows every afternoon and even then our windows look perfect. Great professional employees and easy to contact as well!

Great communication before and after the service. The team that came to the house was on time and called ahead. They took their time and did a great job. Soap and Water cleaned our 22 year old house prior to painting. They did an excellent job. The cleaning included all surfaces to be painted plus windows and brick siding also. They moved and replaced items that needed to be protected. I will contact them again for whole house cleaning. Really impressed with their work.

Would recommend Soap and Water. We recently moved into a new house and as part of that I have had contractors come out to perform general maintenance and Soap and Water quickly responded next day to do a gutter clean out. They were responsive and communicated with us throughout their time at our home. Would highly recommend if you are looking for professionals to take care of the exterior of the home.
