Technician was prompt, courteous, did a great job !!!!! was more than pleased that all the stains came out ! Would highly recommend him, plus the process uses very little liquid which allows the carpet to dry quickly.

Casey did an awesome job cleaning our high traffic carpet areas at the office and made them look new again! He is so easy to work with and very reliable.

I bought a Groupon for cleaning 2 areas in my house, a total value of approximately a 100 dollar value. When the guys arrived I had the only one place in my house (Living Room) 15X20 which they advised was a 35 dollar value... the living room was clear and ready for the guys to clean. After about 10 minutes they were finished and I asked if they could clean a sofa instead of another room seeing I only use a third of my Groupon value, which by the way I paid 45 for.

They advised that I was the last call for the day and they didn't have they used the cleaner they needed earlier and couldn't do it today. And recommend me calling Casey and letting him know what was up and that he was always will to work with customer to get return business and try to keep them satisfied. I asked them to also talk to Casey so he knew what was up.

The next day I called and left a message for Casey and a day or so later he returned my call and left a message. To which he told me that basically I only paid 45 for the Groupon and that it wasn't worth him taking the time to come back out and the cost to clean a sofa was a couple over a 100 more then my value of the Groupon... he offered to come back out and would knock off a miniscule amount 10 20 bucks, basically losing the investment I had in the Groupon and still having to pay 80 to clean the sofa.

To say I'm disappointed is an understatement... Customer Sanctification obviously isn't not worth taking care of when you are making more on others.

The carpet was clean, didn't hold its clean for very long even though we stopped wearing shoes in the living room... 35 bucks for 10 minutes of work isn't a value to me... I'll stick with Master Clean... cost more but it was a deeper clean and they went the extra mile to make sure I had a value for the cost.

Great Price for Great Service. I got my entire house cleaned for a fraction of what other places would have cost. Its all natural which is great for my daughter and dog to be around. it smelled great and it was fast but efficient work. Highly recommended

I wanted to love this company & was looking forward to a positive experience given the maaaany positive reviews I found. However, that was not my experience. For the record, I was planning to have my stairs & 2 bedrooms cleaned after closing on a new house.

The CONS: took over 45 minutes to clean 2 bedrooms (which was much longer than what others reported & what I expected), the employee peed in my bathroom toilet & did not flush & was also talking on his phone to someone about personal plans after work for a significant period of time. He also had a habit of banging the equipment around into my hallway, on the stairs, & across my floor....I came ever so close to saying something for fear of damage to my house. Luckily, there was none. My e-mail correspondences with this company before & after the service were disappointing...(I’m not sure if it was the same person replying, but I believe so) the individual was short, impersonal, & bordering rude. For example, after making my appointment I inquired as to if they currently had any coupons or specials, the reply was only “not for what you’re getting done.” Lastly, the actual cleaning process was disappointing: simply a spray of solution buffed into the carpet then vacuumed over with a VERY old vacuum. The cleaning equipment had to be 30 years old...I was not impressed. As such, I was supposed to have my stairs cleaned but could not as the equipment for the stairs “broke”.

THE PROS: The employee nicely informed me he would speak to his boss about the stair issue and someone would let me know when they could resolve this issue. He also apologized sincerely, which was nice. The employee was right on time for the appointment.

I was willing to sort of overlook the above issues I had because at the end of the day my carpet was “cleaned”. But the icing on the cake was how the issue of my stairs being cleaned was handled. No one reached out to me after my stairs were unable to be cleaned. I waited 3 days then contacted CitrusSolutions inquiring as to what happened & when I might get my stairs cleaned. I was given short responses, no apology or explanation, & offered appointment times for them to come back to my home & clean my stairs for full price. I ultimately declined. I believe I should have been offered some sort of compensation for the trouble, but none.

I will not be seeking their services again & will not be recommending them to others.

Casey does a wonderful job and I am a repeat customer. CitruSolution cleans not only my business location, but, my home as well. They always leave your carpeting clean and smelling great. I would recommend this company and product to anyone!

My carpets have never been cleaner. It was a great deal too! The guys were extremely professional. I would recommend their services to everyone.

We had an amazing experience! Our landlord used a really cheap cleaning company that left most of the soap in the carpet, it was hard and crusty when we moved in and couldn’t ever seem to get it to look clean. So when our pet had an accident or even just normal foot traffic the carpet turned dingy and honestly we were afraid to have anyone come over it looked so bad. We knew we wanted to do something that was pet friendly and wouldn't leave the carpet wet for days. So we decided to give CitruSolution’s a try and we are so glad we did. The carpet looked brand new. It only took less than an hour to clean 4 sections of carpet (close to 1000 sq feet). The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We probably have maybe 2 more cleanings to get all the residue from the landlords cleaner completely out and we will be using CitruSolution’s to do that. They were also exceptionally priced!!!

We had our whole house cleaned and WOW does it look amazing! I had to work around the cleaning and Citrus was respectful and made it happen so I could carry on with my call. I appreciated the owner coming out to our house and doing the work. Friendly, conversational, and excellent work. We will definitely call again! THANK YOU!

These guys cleaned my carpets and did a fantastic job. I often times saw them at my neighbors house and should have known they were really good at what they do...Well, my carpets were as good as new when they were finished cleaning them...they dried very quickly...and their cleaning liquid is safe for my pet! Couldn't be better!

Scheduled from 3-5, but they called saying they could come early if I'd like, which I accepted. They arrived at 1:45 and were gone by 2:45 after doing 6 rooms and a hallway! Very nice, very honest and up front, and gave me a great deal. They use Square for credit card transactions so I was able to tip them which was STILL less that the original estimate! My old carpet that has had a ton of wear looks SO much better. Only a magician could make them look new, but these guys came as close as possible without a magic wand.

I will use them again for cleanings for sure. When it's time for the sofas to be done, I'm calling them without hesitation. Thanks Casey!

This is by the far the best carpet cleaning company we have used - and we have tried quite a few. They are professional, take their time, clean up after themselves, their charges are reasonable, and they have gotten spots out of our carpets that have been there for years.
