Great customer service!! We had them in the house while both my girls were up from nap and they were extremely profession and easy going to working around us. The house smelled wonderful when they left and the carpets were like new! Highly recommend!

Just to let you know we used CitrusSolution both in our home and at my wife's office. We were very pleased with the out come at both jobs. They were able to get several stains out at our home and the high traffic areas at her office came out very clean. Our carpet was not soaked after the cleaning and dried in a matter of just a few hours. We would recommend Casey and his team to anyone.

This was our first experience with CitruSolution and we were very happy with both the service and results! I love that the product has a light and natural citrus smell. My husband is very sensitive to chemically smells, and the scent didn’t bother him at all. It just smelled clean and fresh. We will definitely be using this company again and would recommend to others.

I could not speak highly enough! Previous experiences (with other companies) were that the carpet looked good immediately and even the next day you could see missed spots, or once it had dried that it obviously didnt get deep down enough. Citrus have never let me down and do a phenomenal job for a reasonable price.

CitruSolution did an amazing job! We had tried many times to shampoo the carpet ourselves but most of the stains wouldn't come out. However, they were able to remove all of the stains. I was very pleased with the outcome. The staff is professional and helpful. We are scheduling another cleaning this year. The best part is the cleaner used is biodegradable and non toxic. This is important as I have allergies to most chemicals.

I used a Groupon for my carpet cleaning. I was very pleased with the results. They arrived on time and immediately started to work. They were very thorough and my carpet was squeaky clean and had a great citrus scent. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family and I would use them again!

I have used CitruSolution quite a few times. Besides having great prices, My carpet always looks great and the house smells wonderful. I have pets and grandchildren, so I am really happy with the cleaning solution being free of all of the harmful chemicals. They were even able to clean a really nasty sticky carpet which had numerous soda pop spills all over. I will not use anyone else to clean my carpets. I love them!

I first scheduled with CitruSolution because Groupon was offering a great deal on carpet cleaning. I didn't know anything about the company so I was conservative and just had the downstairs done the first time. I was so pleased with the results that I scheduled another appointment and had them do the upstairs. Because I have a crawling baby, it's important to me that any chemicals used on my carpet be natural and nontoxic. The smell was fresh, the carpet looked beautiful, and the people were courteous and professional.

I really enjoyed meeting Casey and getting my carpet cleaned! I like the idea of it being natural and really was surprised at the outcome. It stayed cleaner longer, than when I do it myself. I don't remember when my appointment was, but I remember it did take longer to dry, but I figured it was winter and on top of slab, it will take longer. By morning, it was finally dry. It didn't keep us from doing our normal routine...I'm a mom of three, I never sit down anyway!!!!

I would really like to have them come back, just have to decide on a time, and make sure I have the money first! They are very reasonable in prices as well. I can't wait to have them come clean the whole house, especially the living room!

I received the Citrus Cleaning Services as a gift when I was moving out of my old apartment. They cleaners were excellent! They not only called ahead and came 2 hours earlier than was originally scheduled, but they also were very timely and professional while shampooing my carpet. They answered all of my questions about the safety of their product especially since I had an infant in the house. I would highly recommend!

Casey did a fantastic job getting our carpets cleaned before the kids and grand-baby come home for Christmas. We had a couple stains and just normal traffic-pattern dirt. Thoroughly cleaned my carpet that I was sure would never be stain free again! One month later and the spots on my carpet haven't come back. They did an awesome job of getting in and out quickly - other than the clean carpets I would've never known someone had been in my house. I would definitely recommend them!

Very professional, great prices, amazing results. My carpets were really dingy and dirty from my senior dog. Didn't think there was going to be any hope to get my carpets back and figured I would be replacing them. The odor is gone the carpets look great and I will be getting another few years out of them. If you need your carpets cleaned I recommend giving them a call.

CitruSolution has cleaned our carpets several times; they've always done an excellent, thorough job. Their employees are very pleasant and did the cleaning quickly and well. The carpets look good and the house smells good when they're done. And we love the bottle of spot cleaner that they leave with us. That stuff is great! We plan to have them back soon.

We have never had our carpets cleaned after living in our home for 5 years. We were also very passionate about using an eco-friendly cleaning company. The results from CitruSolution were fantastic--carpets were clean, looked newer, and super low moisture process. The day of the cleaning was rainy and humid, and the carpets were still 100% dry less than 3 hours after finishing. Casey was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and worked fast--3 rooms and a hallway done in an hour and a half. He also took care of moving small furniture around to get the whole carpet clean. Pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again!

This company came as a recommendation from a friend. So glad I went with them. Easy to book an appointment, and the charge a flat fee per space. The technician showed up exactly on time and got right to work. He was done with two stairways, a hallway, and two bedrooms in about an hour. The whole house smelled clean and fresh. No damage to the carpet and best of all, he didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I don’t need it add on extra services. Easy to pay on site and the carpets were dry within two hours. I’ll definitely use them again.
