Soap and water not only shows up on Time but does amazing work and the strongest customer service in the game ! I would use nobody other than soap and water for all of my window, power washing and Christmas light needs!!

I have been using Soap and Water for about 10 years and they just did work for us again yesterday. Jacob did a fabulous job cleaning our very high and large windows without ANY drips! He did the inside, outside and screens and we would high recommend them. Also, Ava who runs the office/scheduling and billing is super efficient and accomodating. GREAT company!!

We had soap and water power wash our house two years ago and they did a good job, so we asked them back. This year, the gentleman did a fantastic job! He followed our directions regarding bird nests that I didn’t want disturbed. The house looks amazing and even the door sills are immaculate! Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

Scheduling with Soap and Water was easily scheduled online. They were very prompt and did a quality job. Our house looks great! We are pleased.

I had my house power washed and windows cleaned after, and everything looks fantastic. Both crews were prompt, and very nice and addressed any areas I pointed out that needed extra attention. I have used Soap and Water before, and will use again. Definitely recommend!

Soap & Water is the only power washing company we will work with and trust for our home. Their service is top notch and they are prompt and professional individuals to work with. We had them strip + wash two large decks with dirt and green spotting and it turned out good as new- ready to seal. Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE!!! Most of the girls are nice and very thorough but i do know one steals and the owner KNOWS about this!! He refuses to do anything about it and keeps things hush hush for some unknown reason.She has stolen prescription medicine and money,anything she can fit in her purse!!! She has also rifled through peoples belongings.When telling the owner,nothing was done with the employee. The owner harasses employees and customers and doesnt have any adequate proof of the accusations he brings forth yet he keeps a THEIF!! He has been to court numerous occasions for the accusations,wrongful firing.etc. He needs to be out of business!!!

I wanted to love them. Truly, but here is why they are reviewed so low.

Pros:
- They do a walk through of your place, give you an estimate of how many people should suffice for space to be cleaned and general estimate.
- The staff are all kind!

Negatives:
- even if they give you an estimate of number of people and cost range, they don’t adhere to their walk through.
- They charge per number of people that come to your house regardless of size. If that day they went to a large house with a staff of 4 people then go to your small apartment even if you DON’T need the same amount of crew you are charged per person.
- they won’t adjust number of people per size of your home. It’s also based on day you book. If that day they have 4 or 5 or 3 or 2 that’s what you get. If they had big houses with a large crew you will by default get the same number of people then be billed for it.
- you must tell them PRIOR the limit of how many crew you’d want. They don’t put into consideration the sizes of your building in comparison.
- they send invoices delayed.

New Albany Cleaning Services has been cleaning our office building for several years. They do a great job and are not disruptive to our daily business as past cleaning companies were. We highly recommend them!

New Albany Cleaning Services came in and cleaned my carpets to perfection. I have had companies come in and do it before and they were messy, unprofessional and left black marks on my carpet. When NACS came in they were respectful, punctual, clean, and worked diligently. I can't say enough good things about NACS. I have known Greg Standley for a while and I can not say enough great things about him and his family. A hard working family man that will put the customer first! NACS should be your first call when you need carpet cleaned!

We have used CitruSolution twice and they totally rock. I've tried other companies and they just don't do as good as a job. Plus my house smells like oranges when they're done. The all natural cleaner used works better than some of the harsh chemicals other companies use.

I absolutely love this company, the worker was extremely nice, professional, and did an amazing job, I love there product, it cleaned our basement carpet which was filthy, now looks like it's new and smells amazing ! We will definitely be using them again.
