From a green industry professional, I would recommend using Ripley for any tree removal work regardless of the complexity. I had an extremely complex job requiring craning 5 matured maples over my house. These guys are professionals, not amateurs. I was extremely satisfied with the end results and the value I received.

Ripley did a killer job removing some trees for my neighbor. They were fast and efficient, I was even super jel not to be apart of it just cause I'm in the tree service industry also haha! Good cleanup and teamwork. Mr Danny rocked his setup as usual and they allowed me to get a vehicle out before they started in case my wife had to leave. I may recommend their services to some of my clients.

We called in to have someone come quote the removal of a large tree in our yard - they came out the next day to quote and then scheduled us for removal 2 business days later. They were professional and priced very reasonable!

Mike is very knowledgeable and helped us to determine which trees needed to be removed. Mike’s quote was reasonable and $1500 less than a competitor’s estimate. Mike and his team were prompt, professional and very efficient with cutting and removing 6 trees, trimming, stump grinding, and cleaning up the the debris. The crew from Ripley did a very professional job downing and trimming several trees and grinding a stump. Great job cleaning up and also very competitive pricing. Rainy weather this spring has made it difficult for scheduling but being aware of my timetable they were able to get the work done for me to meet my needs. I will definitely use them again.

What an amazing company!! We had a tree fall on our house in the most recent storm. When you call their number, they have an emergency number to call if its after hours. Since the tree was now inside our home, I felt it was appropriate to call the emergency number. I was able to leave a message, and Mary called me right back! She is so sweet! Then, Mike came out to assess the situation as soon as he was able, and came again the day after with the crane operator to make sure he could assess the situation as well. The day of the removal, they did an excellent job with a very difficult situation (tons of mud and steep hills). They were able to remove the tree without further harm to anyone or anything and cleaned up the area beautifully!!! I am so grateful for their service!! Thanks, guys!!!

I normally don’t write reviews but felt it was necessary here. Ripley was amazing, there price was very competitive and much lower than all of the other quotes I received. I had a very difficult tree that had to be removed from the back of my house, they handled everything so well and cleaned everything up before leaving it’s as if they had never been there. I highly recommend them and if I ever need a tree removed again in the future I will most definitely use them. Thank you!

Cathy is very professional and kind to work with. The company is well equipped to handle most any needs. Mike is great to work with and understanding your budget needs as well. A high energy crew with you in mind. We have worked with Mike and his crew 3 times in the last year and a half, a good company to work with.

I can't speak too highly of Mike Ripley and his entire crew. Had them remove a very large tree that was difficult to access and very close to two power lines. They did an excellent job. Very efficient. Minimal damage all of which was unavoidable and could have been much worse. Great clean-up after a monumental project.

Had them back after another tree needed to be removed following storm damage. Same level of performance. Fast and very competent.

Ripley Tree was great. The entire team were both personable and professional. They had quite abit to do including stump grinding. They were like a well oiled machine. They arrived and finished when they said they would. I found their price to be very good.. I highly recommend them.

They did an excellent job removing five dead trees while trimming and pruning four others. They did everything I had asked without question. Mike offered good advice and is very knowledgeable. They have all the equipment necessary to prevent property damage and keep their workers safe. They were in and out in five hours. Their cleanup is exceptional even removing some old branches I had piled up on the side of the house. They came highly recommended and I would not hesitate to recommend Ripley Tree Service to others.

Ripley has done two jobs for us now, and they have always been very reasonable on price and excellent in service. They were on time both for the quote and service; no-pressure after delivering the quote; did everything requested, asked for feedback during the job, left everything looking better (cleaner) than when they showed up with no signs they had been there except for the missing trees and branches. Would 100% recommend again and again!

Just had Ripley out to get rid of a bunch of bushes and trim a tree. The guys showed up on time and were very professional. The team worked well together and were respectful of each other and my property. They laid down plywood so that my yard wouldn't get torn up, they cleaned up the entire area after, and they made sure that I was happy with the final result. We had been looking for a tree service to do a large job on our property. While we had several companies come and evaluate no one ever followed through. Ripley came, gave us an excellent price, scheduled us within a week. Then the team came and were so expert, efficient, and thorough! Our leaning trees are all down, the wood piled in the yard, the debris cleared away, driveway swept, and now we are planning to have them come back and do more work. We highly recommend this company. They gave us a very fair price. They are extremely professional and the crew was really friendly.

I've had Ripley out to my house twice, both times to trim storm damage or canopy dieback from a large red oak. Both times they did a great job. They are professionals, and I believe they are trustworthy about costs and about what does and doesn't need to be done.

The Ripley team did an outstanding job on our property taking down a number of trees and clearing a large area of woods. Pricing was very competitive and they did outstanding work. They may do fine work - I've seen them around the neighborhood, although I was disappointed with the scheduler. I scheduled an appointment a little over a week out. The individual did not show up on the morning of, and when I called, receptionist was a bit rude and accused me of having a misunderstanding. Returned my call over an hour and a half late passed the appointment time and didn't have me on the schedule at all. Then when trying to reschedule, they were apparently booked during the multiple days we were free before and now wasn't able to reschedule.

These guy did a great job. If we ever need trees cut again. They're our first call. Well worth the price

I had a great experience with Ripley Tree Service. They were fast to come out to get me a quote. They also were only at my house for a little over an hour to remove a large Oak tree and grind the stump and clean everything up. Pricing was extremely fair as well. Two competing tree services in the Cleveland-area were weary of performing the job and estimated a multiple day removal with quotes up to $10k+. They also were unwilling to work with my neighbors to use their adjacent properties to park their cranes fearing legal action.

Upon contacting Ripley, Kathy provided excellent customer service and was able to coordinate a date for the crew to come out. In terms of scale, my tree was a 70+ ft Willow tree in a very tight space behind my home. She worked with my neighbor to coordinate a date and time to use his home as a staging ground to park the crane and perform minor tree services on his property as well. The crew navigated the massive tree and avoided surrounding power and telecommunication lines with surgical precision. Overall, I am impressed in the quick turnaround and skill demonstrated by this business. I would recommend Ripley Tree Services to anyone looking for a tree removal of any size for the fraction of the price, speedy completion, and quality of service.
