I need to recommend Independent Tree. I have been impressed with their expertise, professionalism and most importantly the joy I have in watching them work. Like a beautifully choreographed dance, they all work together with passion. I will continue to trust our precious trees to them. Thank you Will and the crew that most recently trimmed our trees and keep our plants healthy.

This is the best tree company I have ever used! All the people in the crew are knowledgeable and do a meticulous job. My questions are always answered about watering and other tree care. They are conscious of not pouncing on my garden and do a great clean up. Alan is a pro and gives excellent counsel about the health of our trees. He has saved our giant Austrian Pines that we thought we would have to remove. THE BEST!

We knew after meeting Alan and his knowledge of trees, we needed to look no further. The entire process was easy, his team was on time, completed and cleaned up everything. And my husband was very impressed with the equipment!😊

We had a large tree taken down and some smaller trees and pruning done recently by Independent Tree. They came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! Such a nice crew, a professionally run company and they left the yard cleaner than when they came! We had a great experience and would highly recommend them.

When you call Independent Tree you can sit back and rest and know the the job will be perfect from start to finish. No need to keep an eye on the crew. From start to finish this company is outstanding. Good luck finding anything to clean up after they are done as well.

Independent Tree has always been my go-to for any tree work including advice and timely applications. I trust the health of my trees to their expertise.

This is the third time I have used independent tree for mostly dead ash tree removal. This last time, was for removing two medium sized trees leaning precariously toward my garage. They arrived three weeks earlier than I was quoted.

The crew was very friendly and courteous and they were well prepared with the right equipment to do the job. When they left, you couldn’t tell they were here with the cleanup that was done.

I would recommend them to anyone needing tree work done. They know their business and if I ever need tree work done again, I will surely be calling no one else but independent tree.

We had an excellent experience with Independent Tree! Their customer service is outstanding! Communication was present throughout the process and follow up was great. The crew did a great job cutting down our large tree! We needed to have the stump ground down, which Independent tree coordinated that service. Allen, Gwen, and Brian know how to take care of their customers and genuinely care about doing the job right! They will have a customer for life!

My husband and I are hugely impressed with the service we received from Independent Tree Company. We called them to inquire about a quote for tree removal, they sent someone within two days. We received our quote quickly, accepted the quote/contract and they came out much sooner to remove the trees than their estimated time we were quoted with. The men who came out were very nice and professional. They got to work and had three huge trees down, all of their equipment put away, and the yard cleaned up within 3 hours. They cleaned up every stick/twig and even all of the sawdust from cutting the trees. They even cut the trees down so low you can barely see a stump. We were very impressed with the work!

It was a busy time following a widespread storm but Independent Tree was really helpful and got to us very promptly. The job was really difficult (mature oaks down in pond, tangled large trees, difficult access) and the quality of the work was excellent. The owner went the extra mile for us and dropped off straw bales for us to use also! We would call them again and recommend them very highly.

This was my second time using Independent Tree and both experiences were great! This time I had a tight window as we are moving to a new home and I needed trees removed so we could bring my kids playground. Jenn is scheduling was awesome and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Will did our estimating and showed up on time and quickly got me a quote. Nick was in charge on the day of removal and did a excellent job. They even protected the grass area to minimize any damage from the large equipment. If I ever need tree service this will be the only company I call and strongly recommend their services. Job well done!!

Independent tree service is SERVICE at its best from the staff in the field to the folks in the office. They do what they say they will do and on time. I love working with them. Wow! Incredible. I had a large maple very near to our house removed. Two seperate crews, extremely careful and efficient. Talk about a well oiled machine! Highly recommend.
The third crew came out today to trim dead wood out of two maples. Again, great people, excellent job!

Responsive, professional, sound advice and easy to work with. Many tree companies simply want to take trees down, and Independent Tree is interested in doing what is the best for the tree and for my property. They have helped me save a couple trees, which are now thriving.

Independent Tree trimmed and shaped an ornamental tree that was neglected over the years. They thinned out the dead branches in order to promote new growth and reshaped the tree to a smaller level. Their arborist was extremely well versed and very professional. I highly recommend them , I am very satisfied with their quality of work!

We had Independent Tree out to our prior home to take care of several trees, including the cabling of three large branches in one Silver Maple we wanted to save. We had called them because they were a small, local, family company and had certified arborists on staff. They did an excellent job, cleaned up and were professional and personable throughout. Then we moved and had planted a tree in memory of a loved one, and wanted it tended by someone knowledgeable. So, of course, because of our prior positive experience, we called Independent Tree again. And again, although it took awhile to get on the schedule because we had just one tree; they came, they evaluated and explained what they were going to do and they took care of our very important tree! We will call them in the future for our tree needs!

Great attention to listening to what client requests. If contact person doesn't know the answer to a question, says so and then finds an answer. Very accommodating re scheduling times to come out and quick to come up with written estimate of cost. When large branches fell on our driveway blocking the garage, Independent Tree responded right away when we said we were unable to get our car out of the garage. I feel like I am part of their team, because we have conversations with suggestions from me and an expert from Independent Tree lets me know if it is possible. If not, other alternative suggestions are offered. The emphasis is on building a long-term relationship. They are very patient and feel it's worth the effort in the long run. This company is about individual custom service.

When I asked if I could buy a small amount of seasoned hardwood for my fireplace, Dennis, my contact person simply dropped off some excellent cut logs to the dimensions I requested. When I asked how much I owed Independent Tree, he said there was no charge.

I can't say enough positive comments about the Independent Tree Company. From the first encounter they have been extremely professional, responsive and patient with someone who does not always understand all the needs of the trees. From Dennis to the crew, they have been absolutely wonderful. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone who needs tree services.

We have used Independent for several jobs. The harborist, Will, is very knowledgable and helpful. He tells you what needs to be done and what doesn't. They did a great job on summer removal and pruning and winter oak pruning. Cleanup afterward was excellent. Very good service.

We contacted several tree services in the area to deal with a large oak hanging over the house that needed trimming & cabling. Independent Tree was the only one that returned my call immediately & made an appointment that week. They not only gave us a fair price, they more importantly showed up on time with all the correct equipment and did exactly what they said they were going to do. The team was pleasant, courteous, and very experienced. They cleaned everything up & asked us to inspect before they left.

I have used Independent Tree for a couple of years now for their ability to assess our trees for storm damage and general health as well as pruning. Their service has been professional, timely and reliable. Prices are generally reasonable as compared to other companies with similar services.
