We bought a brand new AC from them several months ago it ended up having problems and blew up and I called them and right away they came out and replaced the whole thing. The guys are sweet and loved that they chatted with my two toddler boys. Cleaned up after them selves.

My AC unit quit working in July when it was 90°. I called Phillips and Carman,The owner came out that day. He told me it was time to replace my 25 year-old unit. It was leaking. That day he gave me a quote and a day that they could put a new unit in. They came on the schedule day at 8:30 in the morning and by two in the afternoon my house was nice and cool. Very professional and very thorough. The new unit keeps my old three-story farmhouse at 70° with little effort. Very satisfied with Phillips Heating.

Highly recommend!!! Let me tell you that I called several places, probably 10, when our air went out and none of them would come that day, except Carmen! He came when it was 90+ degrees and made us comfortable until a new furnace/air conditioning unit was installed. Great service and definitely would recommend.
After everything was installed, he came to make sure everything was running properly. He was wonderful to work with!

Heater broke 3 days before thanksgiving November 2023. We had just purchased the house 2021 and we didn’t have a heating repair company. I selected this company based off google reviews. Carmen the owner showed up with a 4 man crew the next day and they installed a new heater & AC in less then 5 hours for a very competitive price. I was so impressed with their hard work I made them an egg casserole for lunch. They were beyond grateful and appreciative. Never ever neglect to say thank you to the hard working men that show up last minute to service your heater. These men were beyond kind, hard working and dedicated.
