Everything about this company is phenomenal and I have nothing but great things to say! We had a new heat pump installed and had our emergency heat replaced in the coldest of temperatures. The price was extremely fair, and I felt like they honestly took care of us like their own family. The team that came out was professional, friendly, and taught us how to use our new system very well. They were knowledgeable and answered every question that we had! The communication from the first phone call to the final install was seamless and they had a variety of appointment times and worked around our crazy schedules. The owner even brought us multiple space heaters to use while they were doing the installation. They cleaned up after the job and everything runs perfect and we could not recommend them more!!

I had a new oil furnace and heat pump system installed at my house last December. Their crew showed up on time and worked efficiently and did a very nice job. I was impressed with the quality of their work and the professionalism of the crew.
I called to have a new system installed at another house and got a quote before he left the property, which I agreed to. The next day I called with a change to a different system and he changed his quote, and again I agreed. The install was on the scheduled day and was flawless. I had them put in all new ductwork in the basement while they were installing the furnace and it turned out awesome. The quality of their work is what impressed me the most. Phillips heating came out when my furnace stopped working when it was very cold. They returned my phone call right away and came to my home right away. We ended up purchasing a new furnace. They were here right on time and did a fabulous job. I would recommend them to anyone and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them for repairs and replacement.

My AC went out during the hottest weather we had this past Summer. They got to me as soon as they could with the surge in calls. My old unit was way overdue to be replaced and there was a leak in the system, but Phillips kept us comfortable until they could come back and do the install.

The price was fair, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable . I appreciated their honesty when I asked about improving airflow throughout the house, and the owner told me that my furnace is what I would need to update, but that mine has a lot of life left. He offered suggestions that could help me in the meantime.
