Carmen has been amazing through the whole process. Replacing a steam boiler is not easy. He and his team work late hours in order to make sure my family was not without heat. I can't thank him enough.

Phillips just replaced our 50 year old boiler and lines. We called them out last week because we had a small water leak and they fit us in fast. They do amazing work and are very friendly!

The owner was able to come immediately and fix our furnace that stopped working he was very professional and knowledgeable and now our furnace is running great .

We just had Phillips Heating replace our 29 yr old Lennox Pulse furnace and A/C unit with the Day and Night Ion modulating furnace and variable speed A/C unit. The cost was very reasonable considering it is Day and Nights top system and compared to other estimates. Carmen and his team showed up on schedule and had the job done 6 hours later. They were very courteous and professional and cleaned up the whole area after the job was done. They went above and beyond to make sure we completely understood how to operate the new system. I would definitely recommend them for all of your heating and a/c needs.

Amazing service. Furnace went out with 12 degree weather outside on a weekend. Gave them a call and they came out later the same day and had me up and running in a half hour. Can't recommend them enough

Although we ultimately ended up going with a different company due to scheduling conflicts, I would like to applaud Phillips for being willing to come out quickly, check our boiler, and give us a quote when it unexpectedly started omitting CO. Customer service was excellent and very responsive and the owner was honest and did not try to oversell us. I would not hesitate to work with them in the future.

Great response and service!! Had been trying to get my previous heating company for a service call. After 3 attempts with no reply I contacted Phillips Heating and was able to get an appointment within 4 days. Our 1st contact was a simple service call, but we were very pleased with how quickly they responded, and how professional they were. Sadly, the technician told me what I already feared. We needed a new furnace. After doing some due diligence, second opinion, competitor pricing, and etc., we knew our best choice was the first choice. (The competition didn't even show up with a quote!) It's getting colder, so we figured it would be weeks before they could get us scheduled. We accepted the quote on Monday and the install was completed 3 days later! Carmen and the team came out right on time, were friendly and professional throughout, and they were done by lunchtime. We are pleased beyond words with our new furnace and air conditioner, and would recommend Phillips Heating & Air Conditioning for any HVAC project you have in mind.

Phillips Heating and Cooling came out on very short notice (same day) when my heat went out on one of the coldest days of the year so far. And I couldn’t be more grateful. Carmen was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and provided a temporary fix to get us through the cold until he could return with the part needed for a permanent repair. Outstanding service during a stressful situation. From the initial phone call with Amy to Carmen coming out for repair it was truly just an outstanding experience. Had a new furnace and ac installed. Extremely happy. Our house has never been this comfortable. On the coldest friday night this past January at 2 am with a snow storm blowing our furnace went out. We have a wood burner so we made it till Saturday morning . I thought ok I'll start calling at 8 am Saturday see if I can get a contractor out here. To my suprise my first call bingo a live person answers the phone ! Amazing not only did they pickup it was the owner Carmen what's up ? Ok I'll be right out shocked you're coming now ? Sure ! I'm not kidding within 5 mins Carmen says yep see the problem . Well needless to say not his fault, No parts for that furnace ! Now I did nurse it for 30 plus years so good run but now what ? Well after 5 more mins Carmen says I got a idea get it running but it's only a temporary fix she's done . We at 5 degrees and a foot of snow coming I said please do what you can to get us through the storm . Carmen we can try but sorry a new system is the only real fix but I'll get you heat until you decide what to do ! Perfect ...so the conversation went to what do I need and how fast can we get it . We'll after a hour talking and watching we went through several options and size needs ...All I said was Carmen put a package together call me with cost and let's get it done . A couple days later 3 trucks full of guys parts and pieces showed up . By 4 pm that same afternoon I was sitting in a warm house watching a snow storm from my window.
