Extremely thankful that I called Gerard. My furnace stopped working this morning and they came right away and were able to fix it, no nonsense. Echo what other reviewers said about the pricing being really great, technicians knowledgeable and trustworthy, and not being pressured into spending money on things I don't want. I'm actually amazed that good companies like this still exist after being burned so many times before by others.

Garrett and his team did a great job replacing my old furnace with an updated GE model in Hebron KY. They are a great team to work with, pricing up front, no hidden fees, reliable and efficient installation. Highly recommend.

Came out on a holiday weekend, did a thorough inspection. System is old so we did discuss potential replacement cost, which was incredibly reasonable and beat the price of other big chains. However, he actually figured out and solved the issue, telling me there was no need for replacement at this moment. Best of all they were running a holiday special so the service was free.

You can bet they'll be my first call when I do end up replacing the system.

UPDATE: eventually my furnace did start going out. It was over 20 years old and ready to go out. They didn't try to sell me on the most expensive replacement, in fact recommending something that would work just fine for my house without breaking the bank. They even threw in a discount as I have an expensive foundation repair to pay for.

The guys that came out to install the furnace we're extremely nice and courteous, and had the new furnace installed quickly. Comes with an excellent warranty. Gerard are my go to for anything HVAC related in the future.

I am a Realtor and Investor and I have had to call Gerard HVAC three times in the last three months to troubleshoot furnace issues at three of our rental properties. They were able to come out in a timely fashion, all the techs were very professional and diagnosed and resolved the issue quickly. You'd expect a company with such high level of service and competence to charge a premium... not at all... their fees were extremely reasonable. They have, by far, exceeding all my expectations and Gerard HVAC is the ONLY HVAC company I'll call and recommend in the future.

I had a great experience with this HVAC company. They were very responsive and quick to get to my house. Tanner was wonderful, he clearly explained everything he was doing and focused on fixing the problem rather than trying to sell me unnecessary services. Thankfully, he was able to resolve the issue along with giving me a little HVAC lesson. Bridget, who took my call, was also fantastic, so personable and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Tanner with Gerard did an incredible job, he even took the time to educate me on everything he was doing. Came in and diagnosed everything very quickly on my furnace and was very thorough. Didn’t try to upsell me, just told me the part and replaced it. Told me if there were any other issues to contact him and that he would even check in with me in a few days personally to make sure everything was working fine. I called and left a VM after hours in the dead of winter with sub zero temps and they called me back before 8 AM the next day and had Tanner out before 10:30. I am so impressed by the customer service, efficiency, and their cost effectiveness. All of my HVAC needs will be going to Gerard and will be recommending to anyone I know.

My furnace stopped working recently and I wanted to share my experience with Gerard. TJ came immediately to look at it & was very knowledgeable. He patiently explained how my furnace should work and why it wasn’t working properly. In the end, I decided to have my furnace replaced due to its age and we scheduled a date to have it replaced. Wes and Logan arrived promptly on that date and were wonderful throughout the process. Upon removing my old furnace & unpacking the new one, they discovered it was damaged. I thought they were going to reschedule for another day to wait on a new furnace, but Gerard went ABOVE AND BEYOND to find a solution so I wouldn’t have to wait. Since they weren’t able to find the exact same one (a single stage furnace) to replace the damaged one on that day, they told me they were going to upgrade it to a 2 stage at no charge. They could have easily made me wait for the exact quoted replacement or try to upcharge me if I wanted to get the upgraded one on that day. I am so thankful to everyone at Gerard who made this happen and am happy to recommend them to anyone who requires HVAC work done. Outstanding service and integrity!

I would give 10 stars if I could! From scheduling to installation, Gerard exceeded my expectations. My furnace went out and I called on a Sunday night. Bridget took my call and was courteous and professional and was able to get a technician out the next afternoon. Tanner was the tech, and he was awesome! He was on time, personable, and patient with me when answering all of my questions and provided valuable insight and knowledge. We explored every avenue to repair to avoid replacement, and he was transparent with me regarding the process. Ultimately, a replacement was needed (it was a very old furnace) and Gerard was able to get me on the installation schedule within a day and also a great price. Nick & Dan performed the installation and they were awesome! Efficient, kind, and professional - also answering any questions I had. My family had a wonderful experience with Gerard Heating and Air. Our technician, Tanner, was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the various diagnostic checks he was completing to identify the issue we were experiencing with our heat. He was able to quickly fix the issue with a loose connection and our system is running smoothly again. I will absolutely call Gerard Heating and Air for future HVAC needs.

I recently had a very positive experience with Gerard HVAC replacing our whole-house humidifier. While the technician did arrive later than originally scheduled, they communicated clearly and the delay was understandable. Once onsite, everything moved efficiently and professionally.

The installation was done neatly, with care taken to keep the area clean and organized. Before leaving, they walked me through operation and maintenance so I felt confident using it.

Overall, despite the minor scheduling hiccup, the quality of the work and professionalism more than made up for it. I would definitely use them again for future HVAC needs.

From start to finish, Gerard was extremely professional, courteous, and excellent in their work. When our furnace went out in freezing temperatures, our home warranty said the best they could do was to send someone out in five days. Gerard had a technician out in four hours from when I called, and a new furnace installed in the following 24 hours. They did consider repairs which unfortunately was not an option for us, but they explained everything thoroughly and left us with no questions. In a difficult time for our family, TJ, Dalton and Nick treated us like family and I hope you have the pleasure of getting to work with these great men!

I was very impressed by everyone at Gerard. They kept me informed and never tried to upsell me on anything. They were very willing to answer my questions and didn’t hesitate to explain the situation. My old provider ghosted me and I had to pick a new one which was daunting. I chose Gerard based on things people said about them on Reddit and they were right! They really are excellent!! As far as I’m concerned, they are my new HVAC company. Don’t be afraid to call them.
