Our furnace went out and Warstler was the last one we called. My Dad found a coupon for a 96% efficiency furnace. I took pics of our current furnace and sent them to him. Joe initially gave me a quote for the 80% efficiency (I didn't specify which one I wanted). He also gave me the quote for 96% efficiency furnace which was still less than the other two quotes at 80% efficiency furnaces. I should also mention that I had asked for a higher BTU furnace and Joe stated I didn't need it. After research I found that the other companies were just trying to sell me a furnace I didn't need. I appreciated Joe's honesty. Warstler guy came out the following Monday to do a measurement and it was pretty cold. They turned on our furnace, long enough to warm up the house and was here about an hour. They then came a week later to install the furnace. The guys that installed the furnace were here early and were very professional and knowledgeable. From start to finish, I think it took about 6 hours. They showed me where the filter was on the furnace and how to work the thermostat. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any type of work along these lines done. Through another friend I've also heard they do a great job installing tankless water heaters. So if you're in the market for that, I would recommend them as well.

Joe was able to give me an accurate quote based on photos of my furnace and some additional details of my home. Warstler was able to come the following week to replace my furnace and AC. There were some communication issues that followed, but Joe came through and was able to personally resolve everything. You are not going to find a kinder HVAC professional who values customers. Highly recommend.

Top of the line service. I was calling around to get estimates when my furnace quit working. When I spoke with Joe from Warstler Furnace, he told me he could send me an estimate via text and email. I received the estimate right away. He had the best rate and I immediately signed with them. They came with a furnace to get heat back in my house while the one I wanted needed to be picked up in an off location site. I really appreciated all the work and professionalism from this company. And the price was excellent! I originally only wanted the furnace, but after getting the price to add A/C, I proceeded to get that as well. It took them less than a day, and I had a brand new Trane furnace and air conditioner installed. I highly recommend this company for their quality and professionalism. Oh and their competitive price. I want to thank Joe Warstler and his guys for the new a/c unit they put in for us. Joe was great about explaining everything and the best options that I had for the size of our house. He really put my mind at ease and answered all my questions. The guy that installed was just great! He explained what he was doing when I asked. He even took the time to talk to my baby granddaughter. The next gentleman that came was great too! He explain that in a year give the a call and they will clean and maintain the unit and get it ready for the next season. I hope anyone out there shopping around give Warstler heating a call, they are just great.

Joe and his crew are the real deal. He repaired our old 25 year AC unit several times. Then we went to him to install a New AC / Furnace March 2023. He had the best prices and best warranties that no company could beat. His crew came out and had both AC / Furnace installed in 1 day. LOVE our new AC / Furnace. Highly recommend! We had other contractors recommending repairs for our furnace and providing high estimates and when I spoke with Joe, I instantly knew he was honest and trustworthy. He was able to replace the furnace at my rental property quickly and it was affordable. If I ever need a furnace replacement in the future, I'll be calling Joe!

Joe and his installation crew were excellent . Our air conditioning went out on a weekend and he had the air conditioner replaced in a few days after my initial call. He also brought out two portable electric air conditioning units for my daughter’s rooms upstairs to make sure they were comfortable. Not to mention they had the best price around and best warranty . Very pleased with the service and quality of the installation.

We called after hours and left a voicemail regarding our air conditioner that stopped working. We were called promptly the next day and had a technician out the same day. Very friendly & knowledgeable technician and just over all great service! Our house was cool in no time! We will definitely be recommending this company to our friends and family!

I cannot say enough good things about Warstler Furnace. It is bitterly cold in Ohio right now, and I came home late at night to a house that was 66 degrees (we keep it at 72). When I turned the thermostat up to 75, it somehow got even colder—and the furnace was blowing cold air.

At 10:00 PM, I called Warstler Furnace. They answered and patiently walked me through checking the furnace step by step. Thanks to their guidance, we were able to get the warm air blowing again without waiting until morning.

Who does that at 10 PM? Knowledgeable, calm, and genuinely caring people. If you want honest, responsive service from people who truly know what they’re doing, this is the company to call. Highly recommend.

I contacted CKP Heating & Cooling regarding an issue I had with my furnace during a recent, unexpected cold snap. From the initial phone call through the technician’s visit to my home, I was very pleased with my experience with CKP. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and pleasant, and took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. Given the drop in temperatures that day, she even scheduled a technician to come out that very afternoon! The CKP technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, arriving at my home on time and making sure to clean up after himself. I had CKP install a new thermostat and do a clean and check on my system. The tech came prepared, on time and was professional. He gave me thorough documentation on the work that was done and showed me how to use the new thermostat. Great job.

I was not at my house to observe first hand the repairs that were done as I am in Florida for the winter. My home watch person Shawn was there and reported he did a good job to simplify the plumbing and we hope that will stop the leaking of water onto the floor.

Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year, and they had us fixed up in less than 48 hours. Our furnace also stopped working on the coldest day of the year. They came out to assess same day, had an appointment for us the very next business day and even offered us space heaters if we needed them. They were super friendly, explained everything, and the installers were very tidy! Great local business! Saved us a ton of money!
