Michael did a fantastic job. We had 12 buildings to inspect--all single family condos--9 side by sides and 3 stand-alones. The condos are about 20 years old, with the association responsible for roof repair and replacement. On Sunday, he got on every roof--very quiet--and provided a complete report on each building, with photos, which we had Monday morning. He ranked them as far as which units would need roof replacement first to last, and provided maintenance recommendations to extend roof life. Outstanding job!

Mike was wonderful. He saved us from buying a home that had a lot of problems.We are so grateful for all of his knowledge. He didn't miss anything and that is what you want when you hire an inspector. We are so pleased we are having him inspect another house for us . GREAT JOB! Did not have to wait long for the appointment which was impressive. Michael actually answered the phone and got us scheduled. Extremely pleased with the services I received. Michael was right on time, had everything he needed to preform the inspection, and went straight to work. He explained everything to us in detail when he was done and pointed things out to us that were to our benefit to know. ( an estimate on how long it would take to fix and a ball park estimate of cost). He was very patient and answered all my questions in detail. He said I could call anytime for him to explain anything else I had questions with.

Michael was amazing with our home inspection. He came out to the house to do the inspection very fast and was easy to communicate and coordinate a time. I appreciated the time he took to explain everything that he saw in the home inspection, and provided the report the same day!

I have purchased many homes and always used different inspectors until I met Mike. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to quell any concerns I had in certain properties. I will only use him going forward and my realty team feels the same way. If you need a home inspection completed do yourself a favor and call Mike, he will absolutely let you know if theirs a problem and he use to build houses so a few times I was going to pass on a house because of an issue and he has the knowledge and patience to help you understand what the issue is and in my case gave an accurate picture of the diff methods people use to fix it and pointed me in the direction to find estimated costs.... he really cares and just did a great job!

Mike was awesome! He is very detailed in his inspection reports, spells everything out in a way you can understand and offers a suggestion on how to fix it or what type of professional you need to hire to do so. Extremely personable and would highly recommend!

My mother owns a condo in a Cleveland suburb that she's been extremely anxious about recently. She contacted Mike to come and inspect her property to gain insight into what was wrong and the appropriate steps to take to correct the issues. Mike was on time, extremely considerate, patient and thorough in his inspection processes. Above the in-depth inspection he took the time to show pictures of what was going on, explain exactly what was happening, and checked that she understood what was happening in her unit. He was attentive, engaged, and confirmed her plan of action to correct the issues. Highly recommend! Michael was very professional, coming out on a Sunday morning (in the rain no less!) to do our home inspection when we were available. He was thorough, professional, and transparent. We received our report in less than 24 hours from the end of the inspection and he helped answer any questions we had about his findings. Great for first time homebuyers- he helped ease our minds.

Mike was one of the home inspectors referred to by our realtor. We were not disappointed. Mike is very professional and very thorough. He explained things to us and gave us advice as far as maintaining systems in the home. He also found a faulty electrical outlet in the kitchen which was then replaced by the homeowners. His attention to detail definitely makes him a great property inspector. He was able to pick out somethings I hadn’t seen and explain the level of concern he had for the issues. Michael did a pre-drywall inspection on my home. He was very thorough and explained what he was looking for. He also educated me on the components of my home.
