Mike was easy to get in contact with and quick to schedule an inspection. He took his time and was very thorough when he looked through my home. He noticed so many things! I really appreciated his hard work.

I was recommended to him by my real estate agent. He was very easy to schedule with, very reasonable pricing, and accommodating. I was not able to be at the home inspection but he took the time to explain to me his findings and was very attentive to detail and thorough with his pictures. As a first time home buyer I was extremely nervous he found crucial things and let me which things I should be concerned about. No matter the time he answered all my questions.

Michael was recommended to me by a friend who had purchased a house earlier this year and used him. I immediately did some research and noted that he had amazing Google reviews, prompting a call to get our inspection scheduled.

We were working on a very short timeline. I had called the Sunday before Labor Day with the inspection needing done by Friday, and me leaving for a trip on Thursday. Michael was extremely flexible and squeezed us in on Tuesday night at 7 PM. Michael showed up early and was already done with the outside of the house by the time we arrived.

He informed us that he actually worked for the city of Fairview Park when our addition was added and reassured us that is was done extremely well, which eased our minds. He was extremely thorough and walked us through the entire report at the end. Not to mention, the process to finalize paperwork and payment in his portal was extremely straightforward.

Overall, we cannot recommend Michael enough! If you need an inspection, he should definitely be your first call!
