We picked up our chickens today, staff was very friendly and chicks seem to be alert and healthy. The only downside, we weren’t able to see the chicks until I had paid for them and no guarantee on their health once we bought them.

Edit: above post was from April it is now end of August…all chickens were supposed to be Easter eggers only two were, we left with 5 chicks and now only have 4 the 5th one died two days after getting them

Had Dan, Colin and crew perform a few jobs for us and looks absolutely beautiful. Very happy with all their hard work and final product. Highly recommend! Also trying their CSA program this summer.

I gave Dan an idea of what we wanted to do with an area in our yard. Dan suggested a rock wall to stop the yard erosion, then a bed with bushes and shrubs. We went with a large rock bed for low future maintenance.
The job looks great! The workers were diligent and easy to have around. Dan was easy to communicate with, very professional and flexible. I highly recommend and will continue to use for future projects.

UPDATE: Spoke to manager this morning and he was very apologetic and willing to help fix the issue in any way he could! I very much respect that!

DO NOT BUY CHICKS FROM HERE! I would give zero stars if I could!! I went in and bought 2 5 week old chicks from them 2 days ago! I noticed in the box that I took them home in that there a was a little bloody stool. I brushed it off as maybe one of them were stressed. Yesterday, just about every stool had blood in it! I googled and contacted a vet, tractor supply and rural king and all said it is most likely coccidiosis! Which can not only k*ll the 2 i just bought, but also the rest of the flock I've had! I bought corid to treat because, not on my watch! But, I called in as soon as they opened this morning. The 2 gentlemen were not knowledgeable at all and pretty unwilling to help in any way and I asked for a manager to call me today. They had said that they do nothing for sick chicks that they sold, no treatment and no replacement if they don't make it through this! Again, asked for a manager! Not only can this take all my flock out, older ones and new, they need to treat the ones they're selling and nothing was said about that even! NEVER BUY CHICKS FROM THEM!

Customer service has really gone downhill. Lady at front is unhelpful and rude. Spend your money where they appreciate it.

I came in Tuesday, looking for some suggestions for my home garden. I never had a garden before and I don't have much of a green thumb, but the young lady, Andrea, was extremely helpful, nice, and answered every silly question I had! 10/10 service! I will definitely be going back!!

More of a cautionary. April 1, I bought some "Easter Eggers". Or what was advertised and sold as easter eggers. The chicks I received were definitely not easter eggers but were Gold Laced Polish. Don't have much experience with chickens and I didn't figure this out till much later. I made the decision to buy easter eggers because of their qualities and now I feel like I was cheated and ended up with a breed I never wanted. The staff are all nice and I don't think this was done on purpose but I was wronged. Again, they are nice and seem to do good work, but lesson learned.

Andrea is an absolute gem! I come in quite often for anything from birdseed, eggs, and the local produce at their farmers market during the summer. I've been coming here for years and there have been quite a few people who have worked there that just weren't very nice. I even stopped coming as frequently because of that! But since Andrea started working here, I've started coming more often again. We always have such nice conversations and she is always so upbeat and kind. In my opinion, any review that says otherwise says something about the person leaving the review! (Just had to put my two cents in) Love Grace Brothers and the wide variety of products they offer. Super excited for the farmers market 😊

Very happy with this plow service! Considering the first decent snow of the season was one of the worst snowfalls Cleveland has seen in years, I was pleasantly surprised how quickly our driveway was cleared. I would recommend A&M General Services to anyone!

What a wonderful company! Always responds in a timely manner & goes above & beyond to help their customers! The crew did a fabulous job cleaning my leaves & all summer cutting my grass… so pleased with their work!

Was very pleased with snow removal services, and the owner, April was very pleasant to deal with. Plowed driveway & shoveled front walkway which was nice (previous company did not shovel our walkway), plan on using them again.

Best snow plow service I’ve ever used! I was not expecting this company to be able to plow my residential drive as quick as they did. Between Covid employee shortages and this latest huge snow storm, many commercial places had difficulties getting their lots plowed. In fact, seeing how ODOT was having trouble keeping up with clearing roads, I think this plow service did an excellent job. Will definitely keep my contract this year and years to come.

This was our second experience with A&M General services. We have very high expectations and they have again met our vision. Not to mention they are family operated and women owned. Thanks April, Mike and Team.

Mike is such a great guy, He literally called me in less than 20 minutes after I submitted an an inquiry on their website then he came to my house after like 30 minutes and was super cool! He came the next day and mowed my whole lawn perfectly and did such a great job. I am glad I found him.

I randomly found M&M and I’m so glad I did. When he came to view the driveway, he suggested spots to put the snow so that it wouldn’t hurt my fence. They make sure my driveway is clear when I leave in the morning. He also shovels in front of my side facing garage so that there isn’t a big pile that I have to plow my way thru. This is the best snow plow service I’ve ever had.

This is my first year working with A&M. April and Mike have been great to work with. I had my first cut today and they did a fantastic job!

A & M General Services did an amazing job on our landscaping. They did a great job of communicating and getting the job done in a timely and organized manner. I will definitely be reaching out for their services in the future!!

M&M snow service did an absolutely amazing job at our residential property. Called in a pinch and he took care of us quickly, did an incredible job, and with a fair price. Will call again with any future needs and would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for reliable service.

These people are just awesome! They helped my mom with getting her yard cut. I live in Indiana, and they actually did business with me over the phone. My mom couldn't figure out how to sign the emailed contract. Half hour later they brought a paper one to her house for her to sign! These folks need 6 stars. They made a very stressful situation extremely bearable! Thank you so very much! We will never use anyone else!
