This company did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. They showed up on time. They were very professional and courteous. My carpets were very dirty and when they left it looked like I had new carpeting. I will certainly use them again and I will recommend them to my friends.

With four large dogs, three small grandchildren, and a teenaged son, we must professionally clean our carpets twice a year ... and sometimes more in an emergency. We have been using Pro-Clean since dog #2 came seven years ago, and have never been disappointed. Always reasonably priced, prompt, professional and thorough. In fact, Brian did such a great job today that dog #4 felt he had to mark his territory again like he did when he arrived three days ago! I should just put Pro-Clean on retainer.

Today I had my two loveseats cleaned. I had never used Pro Clean before so I was a bit skeptical. However, Jermaine quickly laid my concerns to rest; he did a fantastic job on my furniture; the fabric looks like new. Jermaine worked very diligently every minute he was at my home. This young man was professional and polite. I will use Pro Clean again in the future and will recommend them to family and friends.

This was my 2nd time ordering this service— Again, I’m highly impressed with the results! Sean was on time and detail oriented. I have pets so he was able to remove the stains + odors in the carpets and couch without a problem. Jeff came out when I needed him as my other guy ghosted me. He did a wonderful job of snowblowing and shoveling and I will be using him from now on!

Great Company, our lawn has never looked better. We started with Jeffrey in 2024 and went to a monthly agreement for 2025. His attention to detail is that of a man who takes pride in his work.

Worst lawncare company I've ever used. Consistently scalped my lawn and created spin burns tearing up patches in my lawn until I asked him to raise the lawn cutting height. I asked him to change his cutting pattern to prevent spin burns and then he quit on me. Our yard has a water retention problem in early spring. He did not like when we asked him not to come until the following week because our lawn was under water. Yesterday, while explaining to him how we wanted the grass to be cut to prevent the damage he was causing, he was actually writing a text to me saying he was quitting cutting our lawn. He didn't even have the professionalism to tell me to my face while standing right in front of me. He did not have a regularly scheduled cut date from week to week. So we never knew in advance when he was coming. He does not have a billing system like other lawn care companies. We had to be when he came because he wanted to be paid in cash. Terrible business person throughout.
