Great service! Awesome company. I have been using them for the past 8 years. They are by far the best service for our multifamily apartment communities too. You won't be disappointed. Randy and his team are honest and get the job done right.

Customer service provided initially by Jeff was GREAT! His honesty and professionalism was amazing! We chose not to proceed with the original requested service yet the trust gained from his evaluation of our needs, prompted us to choose another service his Company provided. They cleaned 3 large rugs. Again they were honest about not cleaning an old wool rug and explained in detail why they didn't. They were all removed and returned by Owner within days, cleaned and ready for our 4 grandboys before Christmas!

Top notch service from Clean Solutions! Started with such a great experience in customer service with Jackie getting my appointment setup, and super friendly! She also helped me resolve a Groupon issue I had during purchase.. They have a great tiered program that will fit anyone's needs. Then Randy and crew came to the house and did an outstanding job on my 4 rooms. Randy is very professional and knowledgeable about the service his company provides and it shows in his work! Thank you Clean Solutions for a job well done! Highly recommend!

Randy did a great job. He did have to come back to redo the area rug because I wasn’t 100% satisfied. He came back and made sure I was 125% satisfied and I was. I appreciated the fact that he made the effort to make sure I was happy with the results. I will definitely recommend Clean Solutions. They are very friendly, very knowledgeable and show they truly care about their customers.

THE BEST CARPET CLEANING SERVICE PERIOD! I called for an appointment and it was the easiest appointment I have ever scheduled. Randy showed up to my house on time and was very nice, he put on shoe covers before he even stepped into the house and put up corner protectors! The carpet looked AMAZING after, I forgot what the original color looked like because it was so dirty! I can never have anyone else clean my carpets after this amazing experience 10/10 would recommend for anyone!

Clean Solutions is amazing! We took our large area rug to them with 15 yrs of dirt on it and they did an amazing job cleaning it! They are extremely personable, professional and responsive every step of the way. They were recommended to us and we are recommending them to others!

Jeff and Austin were great. They showed up on time even gave me a heads up that they were on the way. One they got here they explained the services and the price. They gave me the options to choose what I wanted and did not force anything. While doing the service they explained what they were doing and how it works. They even discovered tiles inside my vents and was unable to unclog it. I was quite impressed afterwards. I couldn't think of a negative thing. Looking forward to doing other services with them in the future

This company takes pride in their results. We had them clean our carpets when we sold our old house, and we hired them to clean the carpets in our current house. They do a fantastic job. I had a Full strip and wax done at Mary's Diner in Geneva. They did a great job. All corners and hard to reach areas were cleaned and coated just like the rest of the floor. Definitely happy with th results!

Clean Solutions is a locally owned company. I selected them due to the 4.9 star ratings they had from 253 Google reviews. They cleaned the carpet at my mother's home as well as cleaned an upholstered chair. My mom has three pets and the carpet appeared very dirty and had a strong "dog" smell. I did not have high expectations that the carpet would look much better as it has been cleaned before with a marginal improvement in the appearance. Well, I was extraordinarily surprised with the result. The carpet truly looked like new. The cleaning process extracted a significant amount of dog hair that was embedded in the carpet. There was no lingering "dog" smell and the carpet appeared brighter. The chair, too, looked so much better. Jackie, Randy and their staff are professional, timely and exceeded my expectations in all ways. I highly recommend them.

Wow! Joe and Jon were outstanding to work with yesterday! After rescheduling our cleans due to a delay in our painter’s schedule, they arrived promptly for our carpet cleaning. Joe walked through the entire house with me to assess the carpets and we discussed all the possible options. He quoted me a fair price before they began their work. Randy and his team did a great job cleaning the air ducts and carpeting in our home. They took special care protecting the corners of the doorways and the wood on our staircase while cleaning the carpet. The carpet looks clean and revived now. We had 2 dogs and a cat so the ducts had a fair amount of pet hair in them; the team got all the flying fur out and we’re looking forward to less dust in our home.
