I found this local company to clean hardwood and carpeting in my parents' vintage home. They did a fabulous job for us. Friendly, curtious, and efficient. I recommend them!

I had clean solutions come out to clean my dryer vent. They were very knowledgeable, professional and reliable. They explained the process and what they look for while cleaning. I have to say they did a great job and I was happy with the service. I would definitely use them again for other services.

I found this company through a Google search and decided to give them a try based on their great reviews and I’m so glad I did! I only needed my upholstered headboard and a set of basement stairs cleaned, and they went above and beyond my expectations. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and did an amazing job. Everything looks fresh and spotless! I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend their services.

First, I do not often write reviews. I cannot recommend this company enough. From the appointment help (I rescheduled twice) to the end of the job I am beyond impressed. Noah and Shawn just left my home. They were so knowledgeable and professional. I have dogs and cats and they helped me so much. If I could, I would give 10 stars! As I’m sitting here in my amazing smelling home, I’m thinking about the next time I’ll be using you! Thank you so much!

We put new carpeting in when we moved in 5 years ago and needed them cleaned. I reached out to Jackie at Clean Solutions and asked for a quote. She provided a card with their simple pricing structure, and asked how many rooms we had.

Jeff and his helper showed up, counted the rooms and steps with us and reviewed the process. They went to work and did a great job. We had one room that the dog had stained a bit and they got it spotless.

After they were done, Jeff reviewed what to expect (drying times, etc.) and they were on their way.

I wanted to add that my wife shared with me after they were gone that she just felt comfortable with them working in the house. Sometimes with a service company you feel like you want to follow them around and keep an eye on them. We grabbed a cup of coffee (actually several) and spent the time on the back deck.

We called to get our ducts cleaned and they had a last minute cancellation and were able to get them done next day. The technician, Jeff, came through and explained everything they were going to do and the break down of the costs. The pricing was fair I thought and they price things individually so someone with a smaller house isn’t paying as much, therefore the price can be variable. We had three main systems and several vents so our pricing was a little more on the higher end of things. We knew this going in as their pricing is transparent. Jeff and his coworker were very respectful of our home and our pets. We had never had this done before so I wasn’t entirely sure of what to expect. You do have to have the heat off and the entry door propped open, just be prepared. Luckily we did this on one of the abnormally warm days we had in January. Also, check their Facebook page because they had 20% off duct cleaning. I did have to mention it to get the discount.

I have to say Clean solutions did quite an amazing job. They were on time, they notified me beforehand when they were going to be there. They were extra careful when it came to not scratching the corners of the wood with their hoses. They had corner protectors, which I’ve never seen before to not mess up the house. They were much better than the last couple of companies that I had previously. Their attention to detail is what surprised me.
I could’ve got the cheaper package, but it had been a while since I had these things done, so I’d rather spend a little more knowing that my families going to breathe better and happily relax on an nice clean carpet. They actually got a few stains out of the carpet that I did not think they were going to get also . I liked how every time they came in and out of the house, they made sure to look around to make sure my pets didn’t sneak out of the house. They also were quite personal and nice, because this day and age, it’s very hard to find nice, personal, hard workers.
They also did the vents which were quite dirty. The huge machine they had cleaning them out was impressive. In the past, I wasn’t really impressed with some of the machinery the other companies used.
I will say overall I think Our allergies and breathing is a little bit better. I was hesitant at first, but I’m glad I did it because it was completely worth it. And I actually wanted to wait and write this review a couple of months after I had it done, just in case there was any issues. Because I have written reviews in the past right after the job, and then days or weeks later things happened , and response of the companies were horrible. I actually called about a month after it was done, because I had a few questions about the filter, and they got back to me immediately, even though they knew there was no money in it, it was just a simple question, which I was very thankful that It didn’t take one or two years to get back to me. So I definitely will be going back with this company. When you find a good company, you stick with them, even if another company is 25 or 50 bucks cheaper. You definitely get what you pay for this day in age, and with this company you get quality and professionalism? So I definitely will say, I really recommend Clean solutions. Thank you again! Josh
