I have been serviced by Weatherking almost 20 years, I believe. They are always SPOT on top of everything. Always prompt and staff is consistent and very professional. A reall pleasure to work with, and KUDO's to Sue as well.

After 4 frustrating days with another contractor I called Weatherking. We had no heat. Within 2 hrs Pavin was there. Within 2 hours we had heat. He was absolutely the best. Can’t say enough about the service. It was fantastic.

Our ac went out last Saturday. We call Precision Air Comfort we got appointment right away . They came out Thursday was able to put in a brand new unit the next day . The guys were super friendly. I would definitely be using them again . The price wasn’t that bad either .

Fantastic! They were able to come out that day and remove 8ft or so of squirrel nest from my chimney. Cleaned all of it out and part of the liner the HVAC guys couldn't get. Super polite and worked the whole time.

When the technician arrived he immediately covered his shoes, and introduced himself. I told him that I was told by the water company that I had an intermittent leak, which means there is a toilet leaking. The technician checked the toilets with a liquid fluid which changed to a certain color if it were leaking. He checked my sump.pump and under all the sinks and cabinets. No leaks anywhere. He was very thorough professional and humble. Since my bill only went up $20 I won't worry about it. I would definitely recommend this company due to the way this humble young man presented himself. The technicians name is Cardair Lyon an awesome guy

My 91 year old mother's furnace went out last Wednesday. We called PK Wadsworth who installed it but their "first available time" was .....the following Monday. It was in the teens outside and 51 degrees inside, so a hotel was required. My Mother found Jackson Comfort who came out on Thursday and determined the control board was bad, but that it appeared she was still under warranty. Regardless, we could not get any improvement on the installing company's availability. After speaking with Rebecca @Jackson Comfort several times, she took it upon herself to order the furnace board "in case the warranty company is not responsive we will be ready to help you". I want to thank her for her foresight and in doing something clearly "above and beyond". Rather than waiting for the installing company to come out on Monday, determine they needed to order the board, and reschedule on Tuesday or Wednesday, we opted to have Tom, the technician, come out on Monday. He quickly fixed it, we gladly paid for professional services, and will now only contact Jackson Comfort for associated services.
Customer service is a dying aspect of many businesses but those that stick to basic principles will succeed. I think the folks at Jackson Services have figured that out!!

Phil did an excellent job. Communicated well on when he would be here. Showed up in company truck uniform and was very pleasant. He got her furnace going, explained the situation and how to maintain it. Highly recommend this company and this technician.

We've been having a lot of issues with Reznor garage heater, called Jackson and they were out the next day. Technicians were so polite and knowledgeable. Took time to explain things to me. I was so impressed I bought their maintenance package For my furnace and air while they were here.

I was able to schedule a same day appointment. Jerry arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure he explained everything so I would understand. He was so kind and respectful of me and my home. What a great representation to Jackson Comfort Services. Highly recommend!

My family owns a duplex that has two furnaces. Both were purchased from Jackson Comfort Services within the last two years 2024/2025. The installers were great guys and really seemed to know what they were doing. We called them to do annual maintenance on both furnaces paying them a lot of money for this service. After the tech left one of the furnaces wasn't heating one of the units even though it had been working perfectly before he came. We called within a couple of hours of the tech leaving (it was getting cold inside the house), and they said they couldn't come back until the next day. This during an incredibly cold stretch of many days with highs in the teens and lows below zero. After we called and got this response, I checked the furnace and the tech forgot to relight the furnace before leaving. I don't know anything about furnaces, and neither does my relative who is an 84 year-old lady. I looked over the furnace and tried something that seemed to reignite the heat - still not sure if what I did was the right thing. My relative asked them to return the next day anyway because she wasn't sure what needed to be done and was concerned it might go out again and was afraid of possible damage from frozen pipes, etc. The same tech came out and was rude and seemed to be put out. He didn't even want to go into the basement to see what I did. He made snide remarks and was basically a jerk. It's not the kind of service one would expect after spending many thousands of dollars with their business and after their own screw up.

Robert was fantastic ! He gave us heads up on when he was going to arrive. Wore shoe covers and was very respectful in our home. He did a great job educating us on furnace options and what would be the best choice for us and why.
Our tech Steven and his team did a great job installing our new furnace. They arrived on time , kind and respectful ( I felt completely comfortable having them in my home ) , installed the furnace in one day . They showed me how to use my new thermostat and made sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving . I highly recommend working with Jackson comfort . My husband and I are really happy with the service they provided .

I wanted to switch HVAC companies and Jackson Comfort came highly recommended. I was not disappointed. I was impressed by the ease of communication when I called to make an appointment with the very delightful office staff. The field technician, Alonzo, was on time and very professional. He put me at ease with his expert knowledge and fun personality. He answered every question I had and offered needed advise. I have found piece of mind with Jackson Comfort and look forward to many years of knowing my comfort is covered.

From Max the technician I was learning about The heating company he works with, and about my furnace, explaining repair options. The best was He had the ability to work quickly with the wiring of the furnace. He assured me this would start up the furnace again. The house is getting warmer. Jared and everyone else that helped us at Jackson Comfort was awesome. They were fast with getting us appointments, getting out to us and getting our furnace replaced and up and running. Even supplied heaters when the heat was out. They answered all questions made sure we didn't have anymore questions. They didn't even mind our dog barking almost the whole time!!!! Thank you all!

I am very satisfied with the work that Cardi performed on my hot water tank. He was professional, efficient, personable, and very kind. I will definitely be a return customer and will request Cardi In the future. I think that Jackson Comfort is very lucky to have Cardi as an employee. I feel that I can trust Jackson Comfort Services.
