Jharon was great. Showed up on time to check our drain line. Even though it cleared itself, he made sure everything was good before leaving. Jackson Comfort was also great about getting us an appointment and keeping us updated throughout the process.

Your technician, Chris arrived shortly after I received a text message that he was on his way.He was very professional in introducing himself.And explaining to me all of the things that he was going to look at.And place a diagnosis on regarding the maintenance of my furnace. There were no problems to resolve since this was just a standard maintenance appointment. But he was honest with me, took the time to listen to my concerns. Over all the experience with Chris was excellent.

This is my second time using Jackson Comfort service. And they are amazing and fast response !! I had Phillip this time and he was very professional and nice. He went the extra mile and helped clean up the water in my basement from my leaky furnace! Thanks so much for your help and professionalism. Thank goodness for the promotion they are running 🫡

Great experience! Our furnace was struggling to kick on in the sub-zero weather and Jackson was able to get a repairman out that evening to look at it. Thankfully only a minor part replacement was needed to get it going and they were able to fix it the very next day. John was punctual, knowledgeable about what he was doing and quickly able to fix our issue.
Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services!

With this incredibly cold weather, our washer drain hose froze. I went online Tuesday night and couldn't believe I was able to get an appointment for Wednesday but as it turned out Kevin W. showed up before the earliest time of noon that I was scheduled for. I apologized to Kevin as I assumed it was a frozen hose because our kitchen drain had also frozen and hoped it wasn't a washer issue. He was so kind and polite and friendly. Unfortunately he couldn't do anything because my hoses were plastic but he did move out my dryer and put my space heater behind it and it did work. Later in the day, it thawed and everything was back to normal. Jackson has always been our go to for over 30 yrs. and it has always been a positive experience. I know you were just doing your job, Kevin, and I can only imagine how busy you guys have been but your pleasant demeanor and help meant so much. Thank you for being you. And Jackson, thank you for not charging for these weather related events. Many companies would be taking advantage of this situation.

Our furnace died during the Feb 2026 cold snap, and Jackson Comfort came to the rescue! From the initial consultation, their expertise was clear. The install technicians (Rich and Steve) were prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, making sure the installation was done to the highest standard. They even took extra time to explain the new system and share helpful maintenance tips. Their team responded immediately, arrived on‑site quickly, and had our home warm again in no time. Everyone we interacted with was polite, efficient, and genuinely caring. In a stressful situation, their professionalism made all the difference. Highly recommended for top‑quality service!

Eli was very professional and informative. He was absolutely personable and kind. He not once sales piched me and gave me detailed information on what was needed. He definitely knows his skill and was great to talk with. There was no rush in or on any questions I had and he was patient. I would recommend him to be requested when you need services. Great guy!

Jackson Comfort repaired our furnace in record time this morning. Quick response to our request for service. Will definitely use them again at home and at work. Our service tech was Don Cornelli and I can highly recommend him.

We had an issue as a pipe in our basement was leaking and needed repair. We contacted Jackson Comfort Services after regular hours. Almonte Patrick was the serviceman who contacted us and advised us he would be on his way. When he arrived he went right to work on the issue of our leaking pipe. John came out to house to look at furnace. The furnace was working but I was smelling an odor. He took a look at it and did not detect any major issues; however, he did see a few dead mice and was kind enough to remove them. John mentioned replacing the drainage container and how much it would cost to replace it. He also gave me some tips on maintaining my furnace. Keith was with him and he was great too, he talked about maintenance plan for the furnace. John mentioned a diagnostic test and I told him not at this time. I also needed more time to think about drainage container. John was very nice and very informative. I would definitely recommend him.

It’s usually difficult to exceed my expectations these days. Jackson Comfort just did that. They were informative, detailed, great communication, and very fairly priced. I’m always willing to pay a little extra for reliable service professionals. This was so worth it. I wish I would have known about them sooner. Chris Brooks was the technician that showed up at the house, when he said he was going to be there. Having the GPS to see where he was as he approaches was just awesome. Thanks to Chris and the entire Jackson Comfort team. I won’t be calling anyone else for my service.

I wanted to thank Steven P. for installing my new humidifier recently. He was super nice, very professional, and did a great job, working extremely hard!
I also wanted to say thank you to Emily as well! I communicated with her several times to get an estimate and schedule the install. She was amazing to work with — answering all of my questions (no matter how basic they were) quickly and with kindness…great customer service! I really appreciate all of the help!

Just want to give a shout out Jackson Comfort staff & installers. We had a furnace & I wave installed a week ago. Cody & Billy were quick & efficient, they put down dropcloths & kept the carpeting clean. Very polite & had both installed in 4 hours. We are very pleased with out new equipment. We also got a quote for a hot water tank installation & although there was a communication delay due to sickness in their company, they will honor their quote & install it on Monday. This is a first rate company & we would highly recommend them. Way to go guys! A+ service all the way!

Robert Griffin (furnace salesman) and Thomas Rogers (furnace technician) were amazing.

Our furnace went out on Monday, and I had a different company come out to take a look at it. After 30 minutes the technician for that company, gave me a list of parts that needed replaced, totaling $3,000. He then brought up buying a new furnace vs paying to get the parts replaced.

After having their furnace salesman give me a quote, I decided to have Jackson Comfort come out and take a look for me. Robert (furnace salesman) came out first, took a look at the furnace and instead of immediately pushing a new furnace on me, he walked me through the parts the other company said needed replaced. Robert decided to have their technician come out again with him.

Thomas (furnace technician) spent over an hour looking at my furnace walked me through what was going on, and told me that only the capacitor needed replaced way less expensive than $3,000. At no point did Robert push me to get a new furnace. He seemed happy that we were able to just replace the one part.

I will be using them again. They are honest, and transparent. I have one of their plumbers coming out because we have to get a new shutoff valve for our water main.

Jackson Comfort Services were awesome. After being cheated out of 1650 by another company, they reassured me that they were going to help me. They were here on time and explained the process completely. They added a few upgrades that my previous furnace did not come with. Anthony and the other tech was friendly and knowledgeable. I am glad I went with them for my furnace needs.

Amazing work. 13 yr old water heater finally went. Called Jackson Comfort and they were right out to my home to make the swap. He did an excellent job, was very meticulous at my property, put down drop clothes to protect the floors and carpeting and cleaned up all around the area in the basement after installation. A big job done in about 3 hrs or less. Very appreciative. Almonte Patrick, the technician who worked in my home was the best. Very appreciative.

Very fast response time! Water heater died and started leaking on Sunday morning. I waited until 7:15AM on Monday to call. Though I’m not a fan of having to talk to a virtual assistant, it was VERY easy to get through to a “real” person. (Actually, she sounded so nice I had to ask if she was real.) Emily dispatched a technician and Zachary Cameron (hero) was at my home before 8:30AM. I knew the job would be a challenge because of the tight space, but he was not intimidated - he smiled! Zach took great care to cover the carpet as he brought in his equipment and the new tank and removed the old. Zach showed me two code violations from the previous install (vent and gas line) and then got to work. He installed new copper water line, black gas line, a total of four new shut-off valves (3 water, 1 gas) and a high quality Bradford White water heater. A friend of friend told me that he would have done it for less, but I know it’s been done RIGHT this time. Excellent customer service, excellent plumbing work done by a professional (and nice) Zach. My thanks to everyone. I’m a new customer for life. ❤️
