I bought a pair of HVAC systems from Green Homes. It was undersized in cooling capacity, and I questioned it then when I moved into a home I purchased. Finally gave up on them, called Rich. Totally diagnosed the problem, gave me a reasonable solution! Excellent service! Even checked out my daughter's furnace emergency (for no charge). Can't recommend high enough.

Highly recommend using Richardson's Heating & Cooling. Overall a great experience having Richardson's come out for an emergency repair on Christmas Eve. Rich was very responsive and professional and we will reaching out when we need to replace our furnace/AC unit.

Our furnace stopped working the morning of Christmas Eve and after calling countless companies with no response, Rich called back within minutes and was able to come out on Christmas Eve. He was on time to the window he gave us and communicated when he was on the way to our house. He was able to identify the problem quickly and was able to give us options on how to proceed with how much each would cost and the timeline without pressuring to go either way. He didn't have the part available, but was able to get the warehouse to open (again on Christmas Eve) to grab the part so he could fix our furnace the same day. When he left to grab the part he left us space heaters to help try to warm up our house as it was at freezing temperatures inside. He was able to quickly get our furnace back running on Christmas Eve which was greatly appreciated and was able to get it done before we had any pipes burst or any other damage was caused.

I can not say enough good things about this company and Rich, specifically. I called this morning after my home warranty wanted me to wait a week with no AC. Within an hour, Rich called me back to hear the issue, had an appointment time made for today, and one tomorrow, in the event my schedule wouldn’t permit today.
Rich was on time, early even, he was kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel at ease with the work done. Most importantly, he didn’t make me feel like I was being taken advantage of, which happens frequently to single women.
The service was beyond affordable and beyond competitive with other companies.
Call them, you won’t regret it.

My fiancé and I have been using Richardsons Heating & Cooling for a few years now. Rich and his team installed my kitchen hood and bath vents. Rich also recently installed a new water heater for me and my parents. They are reliable and professional. They go above and beyond to ensure the projects are done right. Rich also charges a fair price and we have never felt like we over paid. We are very satisfied with his work and will continue to call Rich again for future projects. If anyone is in need of any HVAC, water heater, or vent work, we recommend you give Rich a call.

Called for a furnace problem at 10:00 a.m. and Rich and his associate were at my home at noon. They took care of the problem promptly, were very professional and nice. Also, very honest and affordable! I would highly recommend Richardson Heating and Cooling!

I would highly recommend Richardson’s Heating and Cooling. I contacted them at 9 a.m. as my air conditioner wasn’t cooling. Rich arrived by 10:30 and had the system back running within the hour. He is local, professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and also a military vet.

Rich installed a new furnace for us last fall and a new AC for us this week. He has extremely fair pricing and a great work ethic! I would recommend Richardsons to all of my family and friends.

Highly recommend this business. Rich was extremely thorough in explaining our options when he came out to quote us. He did not try to oversell us on anything and was very honest about what he thought would work best for our house. His quote was by far the most reasonable of any we got. We ended up going with him for installation. Excellent service and experience all around. During install, they identified a problem with our humidifier (installed by a different company and we’ve had many issues with it) and they were able to fix that for us as well. We’re so glad we went with Richardson’s!

Rich is very prompt and looks out for his clients. He will not try to sell you anything you don't need. He also has a very good employee in David working with him. I highly recommend these guys.
