In 2015 I contacted Dennis Fosdick to help me prepare for the RNC Convention & Disaster Preparedness Plans for several Downtown Cleveland Properties under my supervision.
That Pre Planning saved a major historical property during two (2) separate construction related floods fro destroying this entire property. When the Fire Line Pipes ruptured at 10:49 pm I called Dennis Fosdick . He was on site with an hour and his ServePro team of approx. 92 professional followed closely reporting with tractor trailers and support vehicles full of equipment, and overwhelming Manpower. Dennis and his Leadership Team immediately 1)Shut Down Systems, 2) Protected Vital Systems, 3) Evacuated Flooding Water, 4) Removed Damaged Materials impeding progress, 5) Communicated Constantly with me & our "First Responders", 6) Immediately Set Up Drying Equipment, 7) Assurred that "SAFETY" was KEY. "Every Single Step of the Way". 8) Restored Systems, 9) Returned Systems & The Property Operational Status, 10) MITIGATED DAMAGES SUBSTANTIALLY via immediate implementation of equipment & trained skilled and masterfully lead by professionals. We then worked with Dennis to Prepare Numeous Cost Estimates which once approved by our Insurance Providers were the implemented.
All Reconstruction Work was carefully scheduled and performed in "
text Book" precision. I received many compliments on the performance of Dennis Fosdick and his teams. Since then, Pam Nock has lead us in preparing extensive, all encompassing "Emergency Ready Profiles" for several of our large commercial properties to the acclaim of our insurance providers. Pam Nock's years of successful risk & insurance experience has been invaluable to assure that all of our E.R.P's contain exacting details of each property ..everything that must be known to save lives and property should an emergency arrive.

do not use this servpro they claim they have a 6 step restoration process on their website. step 6 being minor repairs such as replacing drywall and installing new carpet, when project manager jeremy came to my house to estimate the damage and file with my insurance company he lead me to believe they did it all like it never even happened. sharon from servpro called me a week later and wanted to start ripping up carpet and pulling down drywall. it winter time now so i asked her when servpro would be doing the repairs drywall and carpeting. she informed me they discontinue doing this in sept 22. and according to my insurance co never filed a claim they should get their IT people to change their web site. i called servpros national office and jeremy the project manager and neither returned my call. i will be reporting this to BBB.

Jacob and Andrea came out to clean up in my basement after a fuel oil leak. In 2 days most of my basement has been cleaned out and the fuel oil smell gone. They did a fantastic job.

From the first call to ServePro the entire staff went above and beyond to get our basement clean and dry after it flooded. Each ServePro worker who came to our home was friendly, professional and worked very hard until the job was done! I hope it won't be necessary - ever again to need their services, but I would not hesitate to call or recommend ServePro. Thank you for all of your help this week!

Brandon, Miguel and Carlos were wonderful to work with. They were on time, super helpful and informative. They completed their work in our basement in a very reasonable time frame. All three were kind and respectful. We would highly recommend them to any of our friends.

We recently experienced a macro-burst storm. High winds and rain caused numerous trees to fall.
Several fell on our roof resulting in extensive damage.
After a tree crew removed the trees from the roof, Servpro was at our house the day of the storm.
They arrived about 5 pm and worked until 11 pm. They put plywood and tarps on
the numerous holes in our roof.
Then they began work inside our house to the damaged areas., the following day and days to follow.
I can’t say enough praise for the wonderful crews that worked in all the areas.
They were considerate, polite, and extremely hard working! We felt confident that we were in good hands! My husband and I are so grateful for Servpro and their employees!

September 2019, I came home from work, and my kitchen and basement had flooded. I was panicking for I had been gone 12 hours that day. I made a phone call to Servpro, within a few hours they were at my home to clean, mitigate and dry up everything that was damaged. Dante, Melanie, Richie,Chris were awesome on calming my nerves down. They boxed up all items that I could save. Servpro's catch phrase is like it never happened, and that is exactly how I felt through this whole entire devastating process. Harold who was in charge of the rebuild was awesome and patient with me as I was going through a lot with my father who had open heart surgery and the stress of Covid and working from home. I must give much thanks to Jack who deserves to be the employee of the year for he did such an awesome job with the rebuild. He takes pride in what he does and worked long hours to make my kitchen look beautiful. He is the Jack of all trades did the water lines, set up the dishwasher, sink and stove. I have to mention a young man name Josh who worked along with Jack. Josh was such a hard working kid, took such pride in everything he did. He was so proud of my floor that they worked on that he took a photo of it and sent it to his grandmother. That following Monday Jack comes in and tells me the devastating news that he had passed away from drowning trying to save his best friend. I was shocked and very sad, gone too soon and never will be forgotten. Sevpro lost a gem and it effected us all but despite everything they focused on their workmanship. Some other workers I want to give a shout out to are Steve, Stuart, Jason, Tim, Buffy they were awesome in the workmanship of painting and many other tasks involved with cleaning, moving stuff around etc. The owner of Servpro Michal and her son Dennis came out to my home and upon meeting them you can see how they care about you as a person. They should be so proud of such an amazing team they have. This is the company that truly has turned a mess into complete beauty.

Don & his team did an excellent job making sure there wasn't any issues of mold or other problems due to our catastrophe water damage in our home. Attention to detail and at the same time courteous, explained everything. And was very knowledgeable about the process and made us feel more at ease. Highly recommended.

I don't typically write reviews but our experience with ServePro was exceptional. I particularly want to recognize Jim Martin the project manager. Jim was professional, responsive and made sure the staff showed up when they were suppose and completed tasks in an efficient manner. It was refreshing to actually have contractors show up when they promise and get things done. We have two water claims within two weeks. Lightening could and did strike twice. Having Jim handle and coordinate the work relieve us of a lot of stress. I would highly recommend and not hesitate using ServePro. One other person that went above and beyond is Angela that deals with invoicing and filing insurance claims. Dealing with insurance companies is not easy but she made it appear seemless. She was very patient answering questions and organizing and filing the claim. Thank you again to both Jim and Angela for all of your assistance and help.

Chris and the crew were awesome. Richie, Robert, and everyone who came through our house were professional, friendly, helpful and understanding. They made a terrible situation better and gave my wife and I some peace of mind. They took care of our house and our possessions. I cannot thank them enough.

General cleaning.

Servpro were very professional n courteous. They answered all of my questions to alleviate my anxiety since I never had this experience before. I was one of those Individuals who were subjected to a wet basement because of the violent storms in Cuyahoga falls.

Jason reassured me by explaining the process. So professional!! So kind and thoughtful! His communication was excellent! Ross and Carlos were fantastic. So Professional! Both men did the job of removing the ceiling, caused by water damage, and disposed of the items. They were very conscientious in doing the job correctly. Quick, Accurate, On Time, Polite! Right after Christmas the drain pipe in the sink broke. Water drained for about 20 mins all throughout my kitchen and under the walls into my laundry room. Having a newborn in the house, I was terrified, called Servpro emergency services, Rolando, Rubin, and Jeff came out the next day and were extremely helpful confining the space and tearing out what was water damaged. They communicated next steps and made me feel like I was going to be taken care of. Chris B followed up a number of times making sure the crew took care of us. Bob was also fabulous, communicating with the insurance company, letting no time go by, continuing job progress. All in all, great experience with this team and would highly recommend this group of professionals. Thank you again!
