Had kind of an emergency situation Family visiting from out of town the next day so they came out Sunday Noon to do estimate and clean up crew came Sunday evening, Cleanup crew was excellent and courteous. No problems at all, follow up crew several people was excellent and courteous and they hauled away all their Equipment by Thursday But it wasn’t cheap but I can’t complain being a last minute thing, and Thank You to them all 👍

ServPro did my house after a small kitchen fire. We had extensive smoke damage to the entire house. Mary from mitigation was awesome and kept me sane through the initial process, very nice and walked me through what she was doing.
And Bo's construction team is still working on my house the two main guys Walt, and Dan have been phenomenal. Great sense of humor, awesome guys. Couldn't have got this far without those 4 people (as well as Another Dan), a supervisor who helped get through some road bumps on the mitigation side.

NEGATIVE: But had A LOT of hiccups and errors along the way, cabinets ordered wrong which took months, they broke a window, I had a DeWalt drill and battery missing, and mis communication within the company.
There was about 4-5 employees who did great and tried to help but the company itself I would not recommend after my experience. Make sure you get stuff documented on paper and clear direction from them. And don't don't plan on any timeline being correct they give you.

Travis gave an estimate and explained everything and what you could expect to happen and when to expect things to be completed. Nathan did the follow up to confirm when the where coming to do the job. The workers were very nice and did an excellent job at cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces. I would use them again if needed.

After our finished rec room flooded we contacted Servpro to provide flood mitigation. The entire experience was professional, compassionate, and focused on detail and transparent communication. Shout outs to Nate, Angie, Ronaldi, and Ray- the entire team was fantastic but these are the individuals I had the most contact with and therefore remember their names.
The attention to detail was amazing. Fans ran longer than anticipated due to the team’s determination to get the job done right not fast. They cleaned up after themselves every night and were all very polite as well as hardworking.

I wish I never had to make this kind of call but I’m really glad that since we did have to, we went with this company.

Quick response and clean up. Crew cleaned everything. Very happy with the team and experience. They made a horribly difficult time for us into a smooth process.

This review would probably have been three stars, were it not for the fact that Sean, Josh, and Todd rescued us when they were assigned to our job in the middle of the process.

We were referred to ServPro by our insurance company in August of 2024, when a pipe burst while we were sleeping and damaged almost our entire first floor. Chris and the Mitigation team came out immediately and did a great job. They were efficient, personable, and professional.

We hit a bit of a snag with the restoration. Matt was the first PM we had. He was very helpful at first. He recommended using a direct cabinet and granite company and even met us at their warehouse to help with picking out cabinets and countertops. Unfortunately, taking his advice to use that company turned out to be a gigantic mistake. More on that in a bit . . . My gripe with Matt was the lack of action and communication on our restoration. I understood when he said his crew had to help with storm damage quite a few times. He said we would be on the schedule soon, but weeks would pass without hearing anything from him. I take some responsibility for the delays due to being out of the country over Christmas; however, those two weeks paled in comparison. I called Matt when we returned. He dropped off materials on New Year's Eve, and that was the last I heard from him.

It wasn't until almost two weeks later that I received a call from Bo telling me that Matt would no longer be our PM and unfortunately information was missing from our file that was needed to get things going. He called again a few days later to let me know Todd had been assigned to the project and would be in touch. Todd called that same day, and we agreed to meet the following week. He reassessed the work that needed to be done and scheduled it to begin on March 17. 2025.

Things started clipping along at a good rate once Todd took over. He assigned Sean and Josh to do the work. The three of them rescued us. I couldn't have asked for a better team. Josh and Sean were awesome. Their quality of work, integrity, and helpfulness was levels above any service I've ever experienced from other contractors. I would have trusted them in my home alone if needed. They were patient when I asked a gazillion questions and were sure to keep me informed every step of the way with the work they were doing.

I'm sure our job would have been completed much sooner if Josh and Sean hadn't been delayed by the issues we had with the cabinet and countertop company. The quality of that company's cabinets was horrendous, and they had an office manager to match. I will be forever grateful to Todd for working to resolve the multiple problems with the cabinets and counters. Todd stayed in constant contact with me to be sure I was aware of what was being done (and what wasn't) to remedy the nightmare the other company created. I very much appreciated the level of communication and professionalism from Todd, especially since the office manager of the other company tried to blame ServPro for damaged and mismeasured products they sent out the door. If Todd, Sean, and Josh hadn't stepped up and did what they did, the job would likely still be in progress.

The work on my house has been finished, and we are happy to have our home back. While I hope to never need their services again, I would choose ServPro in a heartbeat if it meant that I could have Sean, Josh, and Todd to do the work. They're simply the best, and I will recommend ServPro because of them to friends if there is ever a need. Please thank them for me and recognize them for going above and beyond. Thank you.

I am so happy with my ServPro team and their outstanding workmanship! From beginning to end, Jarek and Steve were professional, friendly, and always going above and beyond to get the job done. What a great team! I hope I never have to need a restoration company again, but should that be the case I will definitely make ServPro my first choice.

Very professional. Very timely. Great price. They were quick to get the job done. The work was top notch. The people were very good at what they do. Great clean up and left my house looking amazing. No pressure or trying to get me to do work I didn’t need or could afford. They helped me . It was a great experience and I couldn’t ask for a better job. 2 thumbs up in my book. I will definitely recommend them to everybody I know.

The crew was efficient and respectful. They did a great job installing a TPO roof. And they made sure the site was clean before leaving.

Highly recommend this company. Had someone come out to look at my garage roof due to bowing/wind storm blew off my siding and shingles. Showed up on time. Scheduling was fast and easy. He was extremely knowledgeable and wasn’t seeming like he was trying to swindle me for money. Repaired my siding for free (it was only two pieces that fell off that wouldn’t go back on). Matt was awesome and we are scheduling to have him repair it. Highly recommend.

I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. Matt hunter came out and gave me quote with a worst case scenario. Other companies came out and just looked at my roof while Matt not only went up on but in my attic to make sure he was completely knowledgeable about what I was looking to pay. He told me three days but probably done before. It was a complete new roof done in a day and half and well below the worst case. I wasn’t happy to need this but I am glad it was done by Matt and his company will use again without a doubt. Thanks Matt for a great job.

I called H & M for an estimate to shingle my out building. Matt gave me an oral estimate that same day and sent me the written quote the next morning. Two days after I chose the color of shingles, the crew installed the new roof and hauled away old material. Quality work done in a timely manner.
