the team at T2 are great, and professional-i am a pretty tough customer and they have done a great ob meeting and exceeding my exxpectations- I get the feeling they are like a family and their employees take care of my yard as though i were doing it myself - I want to thank the whole team at T2 for a great summer and more to come-

Edging is unsatisfactory. They fly through entire yard in less than 19 min. Grass is cut very unevenly. I will contract will a different service next year.

Their work is by far amazing. They get it done in a reasonable time. Tyler was really easy to talk to and get things set up. I want to say this is one of the best landscaping places that I’ve come across they also give free estimates

T2 Design does a great job doing weekly landscaping services at our UPS facility in Akron! When they started, they did a big, much needed clean-up of the whole property! Additionally, they completed a tree trimming/tree removal project for us. Pricing is always fair and not over charged at all. Highly recommend them 👍😄

The quality of the work appears to be very good, but my driveway was littered with quite a bit of residue from the guys transporting dirt from their truck to my yard (a job site should be clean when the work is completed) and I would say communication is poor (I couldn't get a date when the work would be completed and then they just showed up one day). I seldom complain, but have to be honest.

Before the end of the year I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the excellent job James did and taking care of our lawn. I know I had requested a quote for leaf removal in the fall and it was above our price range. You asked what our budget was and you kindly stayed in that budget. It is so nice to see a company that cares and has compassion. Thank you again and see you in the spring.

when I say HIRE THIS COMPANY, I really mean it. I really thought “oh it’s fine, I’ll do it myself” and the yard work kept piling up because of my busy schedule. I can confidently say the quality of work they put in is far above and beyond the work I ever would have been able to do myself. They did an excellent job and even fit me in ahead of schedule. Their communication is 10/10 and it’s so easy to get the quotes and pay them. I am highly impressed with their quality of work. If you want it done right the first time, hire these guys. You won’t have any regrets.

Called to ask for a hardship adjustment due to a month long hospitalization. They refused. This company has no compassion or care. In addition the work is shorty and not that great. I only stayed with them because it’s hard to find people mid season.

They have no compassion and no heart and they don’t do a good job I’ve never been happy with my service.

They were supposed to come on fridays they decided to come with out notice on Thursday.

We are very happy with T2 Design Lawn and Landscape. We recently purchased a home with a small fenced yard. I appreciated their promptness in going out to look at the yard and giving a quick estimate, then offering a reasonable contract. T2 has done a great job this mowing season and have followed the schedule they provided.

T2 did an awesome job. My yard and driveway needed a lot of work. The guys were very pleasant and got the work done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

We hired T2 Design to do some landscaping work, including mulch, flower beds, and tree trimming. They did a fantastic job, ahead of schedule, and the yard looks great! The rates were very reasonable too. Would definitely recommend!
