I was in the process of moving into my newly renovated home and I had a water leak from the washer that flooded the entire basement. I cried as I watched my beautiful basement flooding before my eyes. I called Mike owner of Vetereans Carpet. He was there within an hour and saved my home. He and his team were amazing. They took over drying out my basement and worked with my insurance company from start to finish. I now have a clean disinfected beautifully carpeted basement. I will never forget the intense effort and professional yet personal job they all did. Thank you Veterans Carpet.

Having owned many properties; I have used multiple carpet cleaning companies in my time. When we purchased our most recent property in canton we quickly learned that the previous owner had grandkids that spilled nearly every type of juice on the carpet all over the house. Absolutely terrible. We called Veterans carpet and they promptly scheduled a service appointment that matched my busy schedule. They arrived on time; and quickly went to work. I instantly saw why they came so highly recommended from a family member of mine. The staff is professional; friendly; and understanding. Veterans Carpet Cleaning cleaned our home twice this year and both times we have been very pleased with the results and follow up on the services. Having four dogs and eight children in our home, we previously had to bring a carpet cleaning service in every 4-6 weeks to manage tracked dirt and dog odor. After our first cleaning with Veterans in March 2018, we didn’t require another cleaning until October! A quality cleaning every time. I highly recommend Veterans Carpet Cleaning.

I can’t recommend Veterans enough. When my rug was ready for pickup I shared that I had surgery and was unable to pick it up till the following week. They promptly offered to drop the rug off at my house free of charge. The rug looks brand new. It’s a great company with great employees.

I've used Veterans Carpet Cleaning for years now Mike (the owner) really knows how to clean and teaches his cleaning crew to follow his example. This year we got a new puppy (sigh) and it took several return trips from Veterans Carpet to keep up with the puppy accidents but everything came out great and all the carpet has recovered. (The puppy is now fully housebroken too)

We recently had Veterans come to clean our carpet thru the house, as we had pet odor and stains. Very pleased with their timeliness, service and clarity throughout the process. Carpets turned out great, looking and smelling much better than before, and was done all inside 2 hours. Very good experience and recommend them to anyone in the Akron and surrounding areas.

I have depended on Veterans Carpet Cleaning for treatment of my carpets since May 2019. I had my ENTIRE household carpet cleaned. AMAZING results!!!! The price is VERY REASONABLE! Very friendly, honest professionals. The house looked and smelled amazing. Since then, I have had to call twice for repeat treatments (kids, pets and grankids made spills of soda and tea) Super cheap to come back and hit spots and high traffic areas. I cannot praise these men and women enough! They ALWAYS find a way to work you in asap too!! God Bless Our Vets!!

Very helpful consultation before the cleaning and they were very fast in scheduling us. Great crew that was very careful and respectful of our house and furniture. Carpet looks GREAT! Pet stains and my feeble attempts to clean them needed corrected and they did an excellent job. Will absolutely be using this company again!

Outstanding customer service! We had the carpets cleaned before moving into our new home. Not only were the cleaning services great, they also repaired a few holes in the carpet and sprayed the carpets with something to get rid of the pet odors. They are also extremely reasonably priced. I will be using them again in the future and would recommend them to everyone.
