These guys are fantastic!! I've used Veteran's Carpet on 4 different occasions now and am never disappointed. Kevin and Dylan were prompt, professional yet friendly, and did an amazingly thorough job on my entire home (3 bedrooms, living room, family room, hallway, 2 sets of stairs, and my ceramic tiled kitchen floor). Everything looks like new!!

I called Veterans on Monday, and they came out today! They were prompt, and courteous and have always done an exceptional job. We have 3 dogs so I know our carpets aren't easy to clean. They always do a great job! Highly recommend them!

They did a fantastic job on a whole house carpet cleaning. We have a puppy with number of accidents on the carpets. Every spot was gone when they left. The men that were here were both curtesy and respectful of our needs. I recommend them 100%. They were awesome.

I want to highlight the most recent cleaning we had done on our semi-new carpet that our dog tends to stink up every now and then. Our number one priority was the pet smell. We were tired of the bad smell and decided to get another cleaning with emphasis on getting rid of the smell. The guys who showed up were really great and were super thorough with what they did. We were told the cleaning would bring up the smells and it would be worse before it got better. Unfortunately, that was so true. Veterans Carpet Cleaning called us to check up on the smell to see if it improved. (It did slightly improve but not to our expectations) We were content with the fact that there was nothing we could do, but the owner himself came out with a special cleaning solution that he himself applied to the “problem areas”. Almost an instant improvement, and each day got progressively better. Now we have virtually no bad pet smells all thanks to this company doing their due diligence. (At no extra cost by the way)

Needless to say, I highly recommend these guys as they are as advertised and will certainly take care of you.

Donnie and Tyler arrived ready to work and did an outstanding job! They were incredibly personable, took the time to explain everything, and delivered impressive results. My carpet was in rough shape due to a sick pet, but they managed to remove every stain completely. I couldn’t be happier with their service—definitely my go-to carpet cleaners, I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!

Hands down one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. Not only did they communicate well, they were on time, incredibly professional, and proactively informative.

We had to clean our carpet after months of spot cleaning puppy messes. We had even been locating messes with a black light (those cute little fuzz balls are master sneaky messers) to clean them. After Veterans was done everything smelled great and the black light showed our carpet as good as new!

We had about 500 sq ft of tile cleaned by Veteran's Floor and Tile Cleaners. They were very efficient, professional and the tile looks wonderful!! It has a beautiful sheen that I haven’t seen in years.

Never thought these stains would come out of the carpet but they were totally gone. Also did a great job on an area rug. We heard such a good review about them from our friends, we were willing to pay a little more for them to come out of their typical service area. We were really satisfied with their work.

After the loss of 2 elderly dogs, and raising a puppy we knew our carpets were in need of some much needed TLC. As a local business owner myself I strive to keep business local and found Veteran's from my own social and Google review search. I called and spoke to the owner Mike who answered all my questions (never having our carpets professionally cleaned) and learned about their services. He was able to schedule me in that week. The 2 men who arrived were very professional, reviewed all the rooms and my concerns in each room. Even Mike the owner came by to check to make sure how everything was going and even jumped in to help give some extra attention to our pet stains. The drastic difference - not only in their process of vacuuming, stain treatment and cleaning is amazing! They removed stains that were on the carpet from the previous owners so they've been there for YEARS. Professional, on time, friendly and local!

I am absolutely blown away by both the service and results of my carpet cleaning experience with Veterans. Mike and his crew are professional, courteous, and friendly. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and making customers happy! We had our 2 year old carpet cleaned this morning throughout the house. It was cream/white when it was installed, but looked beige (we have 3 small dogs and a toddler). They cleaned and eliminated the pet urine stains and our carpet is plush (like new). The BEST part is, it smells amazing! I really wish I had before pictures!! 5 PLUS stars!

The owner and his assistant came out promptly to give us an estimate to have our bathroom tile and our carpeted basement steps cleaned. We discussed cleaning options and they answered questions that we had. They gave us an extremely reasonable price and they were able to schedule the next week for the service to be completed. The work turned out great the carpet and the tile look brand new again, and we’re so happy with the crew that came out. They were all very professional, friendly, Informative. They even gave us a bottle of carpet spot remover with a cleaning cloth to go along with it. Who does that these days? Great customer service and great company. A 3-man team did a fabulous job at our home cleaning a substantial amount of Grout and Tile. Everything from the initial visit to the scheduled work date was Professional, Mindful of our home/woodwork/furniture/pets etc.

The team was on time, had the right equipment, knowledge and experience. They were pleasant to work with and provided suggestions on keeping things looking like new.

While over the years, our floors have been cleaned and maintenance, they look as good as new since the work crew did their work! The price was fair and the work exceeded expectations. We would clearly hire them again as well as recommend to family and friends.

Veterans Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job on my carpets yesterday. The service and follow up was great. I found the price reasonable due to the size of the area I was having done. I highly recommend their services. I'm bummed they don't go further out. I would have hired them to clean our condo at the lake.

Another exceptional job by Veterans! I called with an urgent need after unfortunately my daughter got sick on our light-colored carpet and our upholstered couch. The team was able to get me in quick, and they arrived ready to tackle the less than ideal job. My couch and carpet do not show any signs of the "episode" that occurred! While they were here I asked for other areas of the home to be cleaned - walkways, carpeted stairs and my living room. While not an ideal situation to call for cleaning, it worked out in my favor and now my whole house is fresh and clean (without any lingering odors!!). Donny and Tyler were super professional, explained everything and were extremely friendly. I always recommend Veteran's and this is exactly why - the service is exceptional!
