Christmas lights installation was well done. The lights look amazing and the installation was professional and friendly. They really took their time to ensure it's the install is perfect.

I have used PPW for power washing before, but they do Holiday lights just as well. Recommended.

I arranged 7 homes including my own to be power washed by Perfect Power Washing & they did an excellent job for the money we spent. Fox Roberts came out with his crew and did an excellent job. I did see a couple spots on my house that they missed but I pointed it out to Fox and he remedied the situation quickly and without any issues or attitude. He was kind and courteous as was his crew and for the money that we spent per house they came out great. Nobody had any complaints. For the money, they're not bringing ladders out. They're basically just spraying the house down and cleaning all of the mold off. So again for the price I'm very happy with the job they did. I would recommend this company to others.

Do not recommend. I contacted PPW via phone to power wash and seal my concrete driveway. Based on satellite images of my driveway they provided a quote. I agreed to have the service done. PPW sent me an email at 7:31 on 12/10/2024 that their service technician was on his way. I was not going to be home that day. The technician arrived and attempted to clean my driveway. As you can see in the attached photos he did not clean my driveway properly. As far as sealing it, that could not have been done properly based on how he cleaned. When I arrived home later that day I was shocked at the poor job PPW did. I contacted them the next day via phone and was met with a very disrespectful and rude women named Sarah who informed me that the technician assured her the job was done properly. I asked to have someone from PPW come to my house and see the job they did. They refused. I sent them photos of the poor work they did and she said they were close-ups. When the invoice arrived I contacted PPW via text to dispute the charge. They threatened to send me to collections, I replied that I would contact an attorney. They hung up. Now over 6 months later I was contacted by a collection agency and my credit score has plummeted. I contacted PPW via phone in an attempt to resolve this and was told by Joe there was nothing they could do. I am 72 years old, disabled with what was until now a excellent credit history. Now thanks to PPW I am spending time fighting with them over their poor work. Take a look at the photos and tell me how they did their job.

Kyle did a fantastic job cleaning the backyard white picket fence and white lattice. I highly Recommend Perfect Power Wash and this is my second time using their power washing services. I won't call any other company in the future. Last summer they power washed all the green pollen stuck to the fence and made it look nrand new again. Perfect Power Washing is reliable, reasonably priced and gets job done quickly

Absolutely do not recommend. I definitely feel like I was bamboozled because when you first place a call you’re sent to their sale center. They will tell you everything and anything to get you to agree to go with them They literally lowered our price by over $1000 while I was on the phone just to try to get us to sign with them. Just to give you an idea of how large their margins are. I was told on the phone by the salesman that our project was an entire day because it is over 10,000 ft.² of concrete as well as doing our house barn and Pool house yet the technician was only there for four hours. I was also told they would use a surface cleaner on concrete because it is five years old, which they did not. They also did not use the surface cleaner on our patio like they said they would. It literally looks like they did nothing (see after photos attached). They claimed to have washed our house except for they left dirt all over our patio ceiling, porch, ceiling, and soffits. They also do not clean windows at all. My kids had drawn with sidewalk chalk two days prior on our driveway and even though they claim to have washed it, the chalk is still there.🤣🤣 I’m actually shocked that a company can be this big and do such a terrible job. I would never recommend them to anyone. As soon as the job was finished, I voiced my concerns about the job, not being up to standard in which they responded that they wouldn’t even send someone out to evaluate the job that was done. I called a local smaller company and they came out same day and agreed that the job was done poorly. I will attach pictures that were taken right after they left.

Edit: they did come out 2 separate times to try to fix the issue. It was still an awful job. Highly recommend RAD power washing. Small business who did an amazing job cleaning up the poor job these guys left lol

I would not recommend PPW, unfortunately. They came out today to power wash our pavers on the back deck. Admittedly, we have some dips and uneven spots, however they just left the dirty water to pool in the dirt in those areas. We assumed they either had some of suction or ability to manually push the dirty water where it pooled. Instead, my husband had to push the water from the puddles ; underneath the pavers were very dirty. We will have to redo the entire patio ourselves. I will never use nor recommend this company. One man came and spent 2 hours. We are very disappointed.

If you just need some dirt off your house their system probably works. However, in talking to their customer service I felt the algae, mold, etc would all be gone and wood deck would be bare, just needing to belt sand the splinters. The tech was great young man who worked hard. He did not have ladder to reach higher points. However, since it has dried out, I noticed not all algae, mold was gone, even from light about 6ft. off ground. The deck wood is not down to bare wood. The old siding did not come closer to new siding, which I was hoping for.
The concrete pad they did turned out wonderful.
Some people may want and need this cleaning service, but I needed that wood bare to treat and will not get done before winter now.

We used Perfect Power Wash to install exterior holiday lighting on our home. The whole experience was amazing. While on the call they sent me a mock up of my home with the lights installed to make sure I liked the look of the lights. A few days later the lights were installed and looking fantastic. Thrilled with how our home looks and glad we opted to finally do this!

Called to see if their garden center is pet friendly. I always check before I go anywhere with my dog.. The rude respnse was "absolutely not". That is okay that they dont alliw pets,but maybe a pleasant answer of something like, sorry we dont would have been better. Have never been there and never will be if they have an attitude like that over a simple question😡
