House and sidewalk were great but we left during the driveway clean and seal and came back to see rust spots and tire treads still in the driveway. We will contact PPW and ask for the driveway to be re-done.

I was wondering what kind of service we would get when they quoted us $1200. then when we said no they dropped it to $800. Wonder if they would have done a better job if we paid $1200. Sent them pictures they asked for but told them the pictures don't show alot and that they needed to see the driveway...they looked at the pictures and the response was that they don't cover any of what showed. That's why we wanted them to come see it. I would say find someplace else. Let's hope they honor the warranty

My parents had their brick home and concrete power washed today... You can't even tell anything was done. All of the brick looks the same as yesterday as well as the concrete... There is even moss still in place that you would think would have been removed by even just a water jet from a hose nozzle. This is a fully brick Cape cod home and somehow they were done in less than an hour... But I can't spot more than one or two places that look like they were even cleaned on the entire home.
Update: quick reply and action from the company to come out the next day and take a look at the situation. Very appreciative of this and will update upon outcome. They definitely seem to be on top of making sure their customers are satisfied. They ended up spending a good deal of time recleaning areas of concern. Very thorough and great results in the end. Appreciate the company going out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. -
The quality of the Power Wash on my house was good except that we have a lot of windows since we are on a lake and there are spots on every window and sliding glass door on the back of my house and the front of my house. That creates a lot more work for me to have to clean all of that off. It would be great if they could get a big squeegee and just get those off quickly after they’re done power washing and build that into the price so it doesn’t create more work for me

We recently hired PPW for a house wash because the north side of our house had turned pretty green over the last few years. The appointment setup was relatively easy and we received a quote of $460 for the entire two story home including doors, windows and gutters.
We were told the technician would show up within the next 7 days and we would receive a text message in advance. I did not like the fact that we weren’t given an exact date as I do like to be home when services are provided in order to supervise. We asked if we needed to move anything away from the house but were told that everything would be handled during the service. After waiting a week we received a message that the technician would arrive within the next hour, which he did. He arrived in a large van, hooked up to our water supply and started applying the cleaner but not before trying to upsell us on a deck wash (deck was already power washed by us) and an additional roof washing service as well. The deck wash would have cost almost as much as washing the entire house! We turned extra services down and he also informed us about their membership. Again we turned that down as we hadn’t even seen the results of the cleaning yet.
After he was finished we walked around the house and found a few areas on the gutters that needed more cleaning which he did complete before leaving.
Once the house had dried we found that there was residue left behind all over the place. Our front porch looked filthy and he had not moved our garbage cans away from the house nor did he remove hanging flower pots. We had specifically asked if those things needed to be done and were told it would be handled during the service.
Many of our windows were also left extremely dirty and upon closer inspection the two car garage door had been totally omitted. The most frustrating thing however, was that his vehicle had been leaking what I assume was some of the cleaning solution and bleached out our brand new blacktopped driveway.
We contacted PPW about our disappointment and they requested we send them pictures and give 48h for them to come up with a resolution. After 2 days we were finally told that they would send a technician out to clean the house properly and remove the residue as well as clean the windows. They were also going to clean the driveway. We were told it would be within 7 days.
They did not show up again for almost 2 weeks and when someone finally came we were told “the rain had already taken care of the residue”, the windows would need to be cleaned by us again anyway because there would always be spots (agreed but not the point) and because the driveway was wet from rain he “couldn’t really see anything wrong”. So instead of just rinsing the house again and cleaning the windows, he made excuses and left without a remedy. I also waited to clean my windows for several weeks because I was expecting them to return for another service. For almost $500 I feel totally cheated and they surely will not get any return business from us. I recommend you stay away and find someone more precessional. -

We appreciate his hard work and attention to detail...and after he completed our service our concrete and retaining walls looked much better! Great Job by Joe and all the PPW staff!!

Had one power wash done last year..they did ok job, new house and just wanted dust washed off. Unbeknownst to me they start calling me this spring and tell me I have a subscription plan and what services do I want performed this year..I tell them none, they say I committed to a subscription and I have to have a service done this year or I will have to pay a 25% cancellation fee! After that conversation they start calling me a couple times a week to schedule my service. I signed no agreement with them, agreed to the price on the original service which was sent through email.. manager stated I opened the email which therefore means I agreed to subscription.. I have no such email stating I agreed to a membership!
They have called me and sent me a letter all summer long..of course they don’t contact me until they say I missed the deadline to cancel !!
Do not use this company..it’s a scam..will not stop hounding me..no reputable company would harass people to use them -
Deven did a incredible job on the powerwashing of my house, garages, roofing and concrete areas. My neighbors have commented on how hard he worked all day and how great it looks. Would recommend to anyone who wants a professional job well done. Thanks Deven!!

Hired due to previous experience with a much smaller job and price. Person came out - easy part of job was done well. Other part of job was done terribly. Every spot that I had concerns with was still there after they left, except nothing was moved so now everything was dirty. Patio was still filthy. Called to complain and get them back out here but I had to leave a vcm and they did not get back to me till weeks later after I filed a credit card dispute. They finally got back out to me today, sent the same guy. I had no notice they were coming and the driveway had people in it. Again terrible job. I have a camera and I watched while I worked. His hose could not reach half the patio so he tried spraying it from 5-20 ft away........Never moved anything again so he just ignored it. Will never use this company again.

Absolutely Blown Away by the Results!
We recently bought a home that hadn’t been cleaned on the outside in years, so my expectations were honestly pretty low — I just wanted it to look a little better. But the results completely blew me away!
Scheduling was super easy, and I really appreciated that they could do the job whether we were home or not. They took the time to explain the process specific to our vinyl siding and recommended a soft wash with biodegradable products that both cleaned and sanitized.
Our technician Tommy showed up the very next day and were in and out in under two hours. We thought our house was yellow from age and algae — turns out it’s a cream color, and now it sparkles!
Incredibly happy with the service. We’ll definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!

Perfect Power Wash, has perfect customer service. Respectful, patient with a VERY kind understanding of my circumstances. Unfortunately I had to last minute cancel Friday afternoon for a Monday appt. Justin was so very nice and accmmodating trying to figure out when I may schedule again. "to be continued in the spring" Looking forward to having the work I need done.

I contracted with this company to clean my concrete driveway, and to advise on cleaning sandstone window sills.
The driveway saw minimal improvement, with stains still visible throughout. I know no concrete cleaning is ever 100% effective, but I have had significantly better results with other vendors in the past.
The tech inspected my window sills and said they could be cleaned as part of an add-on whole house wash. I agreed, based on his confidence they would be cleaned. He called when the job was "finished" saying the tops of the window sills still had some stains, but the fronts were brightened quite a bit. When I got home, I saw that not only did many of the window sills look almost identical to before the wash, but the rest of the house had splotches of loose dirt and residue throughout -- window screens, doors, siding, etc.
Again, I can understand that the sills may not have been able to be fully cleaned through their process. But -- why not confirm that before quoting a price that they could be cleaned, or offer any remediation when they weren't able to be cleaned satisfactorily? Instead I'm left with a house that is dirtier than when I started, and I'm still left with the same problems I contracted them to solve -- after paying $1k+ for these services.
I forwarded these pictures and others to their customer care asking for a response to correct the situation, but have gotten no reply at all. I did, of course, get several pitches to sign up for their annual cleaning contract.
High price, poor quality. Still waiting for a response. -
5/1/2025: Thank you for your response. I understand that oxidation can’t be removed with soft washing, but in this case, it clearly wasn’t oxidation. As shown in the photo I took right after the service, I was able to wipe off the grime with just my finger—indicating it was simply surface dirt that should have been removed during the cleaning.
What’s more disappointing is that the garage door was included in the service I paid for, yet it remained visibly dirty. When I raised the issue, I was told it was oxidation without anyone coming back out to inspect or verify. That lack of follow-up and accountability made the situation even more frustrating.
If someone had actually come to take a look, this could have been resolved more transparently. I hope you’ll consider handling similar concerns more thoroughly in the future.
4/29/2025: I hired this company for a softwash service, expecting a professional cleaning of my home’s exterior. Unfortunately, the results were disappointing—especially on my garage door, which remained visibly dirty after the job was completed.
When I raised the concern, I was told the discoloration was due to “oxidation” from the sun and couldn’t be removed. However, I was able to wipe off the grime easily with just my finger, clearly proving it was surface dirt—not oxidation. This made me feel misled and frustrated.
I expected better honesty and attention to detail from a professional service. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them and would advise others to look elsewhere if you want quality results and transparency. -
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Perfect Power Wash. They claimed to have completed the entire house in just over an hour, which immediately raised concerns about the quality of their work. Upon inspection, I found dirt still covering the house, and they even took paint off the border of my front door. It honestly looked like they just rinsed the house with a hose. I could have paid teens with no experience to do a better job.
I have reached out multiple times via phone and email, giving them a few weeks to address the issues, but I have yet to receive any response. Their lack of professionalism and poor service are unacceptable. I’m sure they’ll respond with a generic "we apologize, please contact us" message, and nothing will still be done.
Stay away from Perfect Power Wash if you want reliable and thorough power washing services. I do not recommend them at all. -
Great experience working with Perfect Power Wash. They helped re-schedule the original service date to accommodate the weather and my travel schedule.
Kelcie, the technician, was incredible! She worked all day in the cold weather, and made a tremendous difference in the outside areas of the house...the deck (which she treated and power washed twice!), the paver walkway (which was covered in mud and moss), the front porch and the driveway. What Kelcie got accomplished was amazing, since this property had not been maintained for years.
I would hire this company again in a heartbeat! -
We’ve used Perfect Power Wash in the past for power washing our home. This year we hired them to hang Christmas lights and they did such a wonderful job. They were very professional and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, even beyond the original scope discussed. The end result looks fabulous!

The house looked far better after the truck was leaving then when it was pulling in, that much was certain.
No cobwebs, dead bug issue, pollen gone. The back patio looks great.
The technician, Anthony, was professional, friendly and polite. He did a really good job on the house.
They didn't give me too much heads up.
It ran a little over $400 for a 4bdrm colonial -
UPDATE:
PPW came to fix the problem. Thank you for rectifying the problem. I changed my rating from one to three.
Paid $2800 to have 4 walls, a concrete porch and a garage hosed down with bleach. This stained my clothes, our windows were left with chemical damage as nothing was washed down with normal water afterwards. The soap and bleach residue were left in puddles in our patio.
They didn’t move an umbrella and didn’t clean the circle under it. Also missed the steps going down from the patio where all the debris from the patio was hosed down to.
So disappointed. Complained and were promised that they will be back. To date nobody has returns to rectify the mistakes. They were very eager to come and do the job but the way this was handled afterwards is a disgrace.
At least clean of the bleach residue in the doorways / frames when you’re done and tell your customers you are using bleach prior to you starting the job. Do a walk through and make sure you’ve covered everything on the job card a customer paid for.
I won’t recommend their service. -
Xavier did an excellent job putting up my lights this season. First time I had paid to put up lights and I was not disappointed. I am so impressed by the little details of hiding the wiring so you could not see it. The lights look amazing and I cannot wait to put them on full time. They exceeded my expectations and I will look forward to having them done every year now.

Great job! Great business! Coltin Harris is a young technician who performed the job, he was very polite, professional and respectful. He called on the way to my house and after he finished the job, offered help with any questions I may have. Wonderful person. I had great experience and would recommend this business to anybody that planning to do the power wash any surface.

I want to say my techs Ryan & Lydia were awesome. I wanted to add a few more lights and we discussed my ideas and they showed me how I could get what I wanted at a reasonable fee.
Can’t say enough good things about their work and demeanor.
I highly recommend Perfect Power Wash.
Thank You
