Reviews of local pros in Norton, Ohio

Very High Quality work! Their team goes above and beyond in everything they do

Great company, friendly employees. they do amazing work.

It has been a great experience this far.

Truly great company! Employees are very professional and always kind. Also, the work they do is second to none. Would definitely recommend.

Have used them for several commercial projects. They take the time to coordinate with my team and our sub-contractors to source good materials and other local contractors for a very fair price. Would strongly recommend considering them for commercial and residential projects.

I’ve never had their service. But this review is due to their awful drivers who don’t understand that running RED LIGHTS is a bad idea!
For context, my wife drives to work on the weekdays and takes our child. A couple weeks ago she tells me that one of these company trucks run a red light and almost cause a serious accident. My wife maid a complaint to their office, but of course we never heard back. Irresponsible, and definitely not the company I would ever work with if I am judging their crap drivers. Look elsewhere for a landscape company. You never know who is behind the wheel.

Lovely place

Great company.. Very well pleased they did a terrific job. Highly recommend

Very professional and very fast service. Goes above and beyond with the work they do. When the job was done it was just as clean as when they started. I would suggest this company to anyone.

Very excellent patio work! Professional, honest about timeline, communicated throughout the process. Best of all we have an incredible patio we are proud to show off!!

While the quality of the end product was almost ok, we were not delivered what was promised. Communication was almost non-existent and after informing Dave multiple times that the design and construction was not according to the agreed plan, they continued to proceed with their own plan anyway, damaged some items when delivering the bobcat, then accused us of breaking the items ourselves and blaming them. After taking out any rain delays, the project was at least 10 weeks late. Whenever Dave did communicate, it was weeks later. Completely unprofessional, untimely, and not at all recommended.

Just finished up bright and early this AM. Cant say enough about this crew. Did everything they said and then some. Would recommend to anyone. Everyone one so polite accommodating and flexible. The job they did was timely and looks awesome. Will definitely have them back for future projects.

We decided to go with R G Thomas to pour our backyard patio after we searched on Facebook for recommendations in the area. R G Thomas was recommended by more than one person!

My wife and I can't say enough about how happy we are with the turnout. Why?

They came when they said they would.

They worked full days in as consecutive a fashion as possible with the weather- we never felt like our job was second fiddle.

The team was courteous, returned hellos and smiles, and was generally pleasant.

The end product of a backyard patio, and full return along the sides of the house is exactly what we wanted. They accommodated for last-minute changes as needed.

They finished the job with a full cleanup and backfilled and seeded the disrupted lawn to the right level to meet the patio (Honestly, I thought I was going to have to do this myself, it wasn't in the contract!)

If I had to offer one negative point, I'd say that communication wasn't super quick in the days leading up to the project (it was April, and they work landscaping, so... a reasonable excuse) .

Thank you to Matthew and the RGT team!

Big props to all your hard work and your eye for details. Overly enjoyed the process and finished product. Would recommend them to anyone. Just go to their website and check out the pics of prior jobs. Just amazing work. Again thanks guys..

Matt and his crew did an absolutely wonderful job on our new patio. Cannot recommended them enough! Thank you!!!

Great place to get beautiful landscape from.

Absolutely ridiculous with parking blocking street and house Axsess

Shoddy job on my best friend’s French drain in Doylestown. Wouldn’t return calls and never made it right. Left big hole in yard.
