Did a 5 star job cleaning grout off of tile. Angel did a great job!

Service was postponed. I was given a times frame from about 2 pm to 5:30 pm. Received service stating at 6:30 and ended around 10:30 pm.

Technician was great! I do appreciate his hard work and effort to resolve the issue.

Simply disappointed on the time frame.

In fairness I was traveling when I rec'd notice that my drain backed up and my finished basement was affected. Tech ran 100 ft. Nothing. Said he heard water running so it was probably OK to flush/shower etc. Well, it wasn't. Drain backed up again. Called 2nd plumber who eventually ran past 100 ft and found a packed line at about 112 feet. Tech made the "mistake" of wanting to talk about installing an outside cleanout at 14K...while I was still traveling and just trying to get the line cleared. He was probably just doing his job to upsell ...but I was not open for that discussion at that time. I've used Roto Rooter in the past to clear this same line (tree root problem) and have always been pleased with their service

Sean was very courteous and professional and cleared my basement floor drain. He told me the price and what was included before he did the work. I was happy that they made it out same day as water was backing up in my basement.

It was super easy and quick to get someone out here- literally within an hour or two. Technician was nice and very tolerable of my dogs which was so appreciated because I know they were a pain. Service was super expensive and probably could have done it cheaper somewhere else, but for all the convenience factors, and the fact it was completed correctly and the the technician was so great, I'd say the value was there.

Casey was both personable and professional. I would recommend him without reservation.

I had a kitchen drain clogged on Monday. I call Roto Rooter at 430 pm to shedule to come out the same day. They gave me a window of 530 -9. At 845 they call and said they have no available techs to service my issue. Then at 930 they call and said they have a tech available to come in 30 minutes. This company are liars and dishonest. The tech got to my house and snake my line and could. Or un clog. And they refused to put a camera down the drain. I call another company the next morning and they had my line unclog in 30 minutes after they put a camera down there.

Roto rooter don’t care about customers they this want to line their pockets

Roto-Rooter was able to get a service technician out to my home in less than an hour from when I called. Our service technician Adam was professional during the visit and did a great job identifying the issue and resolved the problem promptly. Great overall experience.

My quick easy DIY turned bad so I needed to call for help. John was very nice and got the job done.

$500 is an excessive fee to snake out a sewer line in which no identification can be made regarding the root cause of the soft clog. Additionally the line filled back up with water several days later.
