We called Roto-Rooter because the handle kept falling off of the toilet flushing mechanism that Roto-Rooter had installed just a few months earlier. We expected that a replacement would be covered by a warranty. No, for an 8-dollar part and five minutes of work, we were charged $311.

ADDED A WEEK LATER: The management at Roto-Rooter read my negative review and contacted me. The general manager said, "You should have never been charged for a minor repair to something we had just replaced a few months ago. I'm refunding your entire $311." I'm changing my assessment of Roto-Rooter from one star to three. Ultimately, they got everything right, but it took a lot of hassel to achieve that.

John did a great job and was very professional. Despite telling me he was running behind they still showed up in the projected time window.

We had an issue with an old lead bend in my toilet plumbing that had started leaking and causing slow drainage. Zack, the plumber did a great job assessing the problem and explaining the best option to replace the entire lead bend with new PVC. The work was done neatly and professionally, and he made sure the toilet was properly reseated and sealed.

I had two problems on back to back days. First Giovanni came out and fixed to pipes that had burst. Then overnight another leak started and Jonathan Eichold came out and helped figure out a permanent long term fix to our issue. Thanks guys!!! You both did AMAZING WORK!!!

I had an outdoor pipe rupture in the cold. Brad came and was able to put in shut offs for the outdoor pipes. This solved the issue and would enable me to cut off the water going to that and another outdoor pipe to prevent another ruptured pipe in the future. He was very nice, professional and explained everything that he was doing. He did an excellent job.

Warren with Roto Rooter did an amazing job identifying the issue with our sewer pump quickly. He was calm, listened to my concerns, and answered all of my questions. His knowledge of his trade was evident in his answers and his approach to our issue. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with his service.

We had a great experience working with Matt, we had plumbing issues arise on December 23rd and he was at our house on Christmas Eve morning to fix the problem. He was easy to communicate with about the steps he was taking to solve the issue as well as what he was seeing. We will definitely be using roto rooter again!
