Reviews of local pros in Novelty, Ohio

We hired Exscape Designs for our house in Pepper Pike. They did a fantastic job from the design, to the installation of our custom built patio/landscaping. They were there with us throughout the whole process and we couldn’t be happier with the final outcome. The quality of work is unmatched!

Exscape Designs recently completed our landscaping and yard installation on our new home, we're very pleased. They were very easy to work with, extremely professional, timely and efficient. While following the detail plans and drawings, they were very cooperative making minor changes requested during the process. Highly recommend them.

We were in a pinch and they came through and they did the job. we just had the driveway put in and it needed to be filled on the sides and grass planted. Very professional and courteous. Would recommend.

Escape designed and installed our lap pool. Everyone was extremely professional, on time, and performed high quality work. I’d highly recommend them!

We first used Exscape 10 years ago to design our backyard plantings with a walkway leading to a stone fire pit. Their creative design team not only brought our vision to life -- the end result was even more striking than we imagined.

We now use their services year-round for landscape maintenance and snowplowing. The crews who work on our property are thorough and meticulous. Our property care manager, Tony, does an excellent job of supervising the crews. He is attentive, responsive, and concerned with doing the best job possible. We confidently rely on him to give us advice on every aspect of our landscaping. Thanks to Exscape, we know our place is expertly managed...and we can enjoy it without lifting a finger!

Amazing designs, amazing execution, and amazing end-product. We love our new patio. Seth was incredibly creative in the designs, and project execution was on time/on budget for this large project. We love it! Thank you, Exscape!

They were a great company to work with despite all the miserable rain we had they powered through it. Everything looks fantastic!

I contracted with Exscape to put in an inground pool in our new home. I've wanted a pool my entire life and they are the best! They're very knowledgeable and responsive. They listened to what I wanted and were flexible when I changed my mind!! They were professional and timely with top-notch quality. They are also super friendly.. .which is important when they're in your yard for weeks! I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Exscape. We recently decided to replace our deck with a patio, and from the very first meeting, the experience was outstanding. After we explained our vision, we were expertly guided through choosing the right size and materials. Additionally, the consultant observed a grading issue and recommended a solution.
The entire process - design, planning, execution, and billing was seamless. Communication was clear and consistent every step of the way. We always knew what work was scheduled and when the crew would be on-site. Billing notifications arrived promptly by email.
The crew itself was exceptional, efficient, focused, and impressively fast. Their expertise showed in everything they did, from meticulous placement of the tiles, to maintaining a clean organized job site.
Overall, working with Exscape was an excellent experience from start to finish.

I highly recommend Dan and his group to do landscaping and stone/brick design in your yard. I love what they did in mine.

Dan spent a lot of time to make sure we were getting what we wanted. His team showed when they said and worked hard to get the job done right. We are very pleased with the results!!

Chapin Landscaping did a wonderful job of updating the landscaping at our latest Habitat For Humanity project . The work was perfect and the bill was $0.00. It doesn't get any better.
