We was in need of a leak repair called Ace and they was on the case came out and got us together the tech that came out Mark he did an amazing job and in a timely manner if you want to get the job done right call and have them send mark out thanks again Ace I will definitely be using you for all my future needs

I saw where someone had posted a review from this company and after reading there reviews i thought this is a good company. As a wate and wastewater professional i had some equipment i thought could benefit them so i called and spoke with the rudest woman i have came in contact with in some time. I'm glad everyone is pleased with the crew they have had experience with but whoever this woman was in the office i wouldnt reccomend to anyone!

Owner must not read these comments to better there company. Dispatcher needs a new job like cleaning out septics herself. Very very rude on the phone. She should not be answering phones, poor customer service!!! Owner has to be losing new customers like me left and right with her on the phone. All I can say is WOW! Hopefully the owner decides to read some day, they will make a lot more money there making now if they change office personnel.

Pumped septic tank. The job was priced fairly and they arrived promptly. The workman went right to work, was respectful and friendly and most importantly competent. We will call them again when needed.

called to have a septic line installed. Schedule for a Monday never given a time. All Monday I call in eta? Around 5pm they tell me they took the wrong phone number called to reschedule cause of rain. Fine wasted a whole day but I get it rain makes digging hard. It’s been 3 weeks I call in to reschedule they tell me they’ll leave a message for the guy that does it. Never heard back. Ended up calling a different company to have it done.

Got flooded after the last rain which was 3 1/2 inches in 3 hours. Called Ace after hours, they came with two trucks to pump out the the water. They were quick and the price was reasonable. The guys were respectful and helped clean up before leaving. Thanks Ace!

Colt and his crew came out and fixed our leach field when we were having issues with our system for years. He was hands on, explained everything from beginning to end, and did not leave until all work was done. My wife and I are truly impressed.

We woke up to water flooding in through our basement walks and I called Ace and they immediately sent 2 trucks. They pumped continuously and took out 17,000 gallons of water. When the rain slowed and they got it to a point where we could control it with a sump pump (not sure if that is the name) they hooked it up so we could continue to use it till the flooding around us went down. Their guys were very professional and respectful and kept assuring me they would get the water out. I am so thankful for them. I highly recommend them for all you septic and pumping needs.

This company was contracted out on a County bid to do work at our home. Getting a hold of someone to get information was extremely difficult and and very much a hassle to get return information. Most of the time the information was miscommunicated from the office and owner ( truly amazing how anything got completed and the work took longer than expected because of said miscommunication. I can say they did a few things extra that they shouldn't have done like fill in a couple holes. However something they they did caused a vacuum issue and one of our toilets don't work correctly now. They recommend a fix at cost us money and did not work. They will leave trash, tools, equipment all over the place as well. You will spend much of your time explaining the issues to multiple people because communication is so poor and they simply won't understand what's the problem. HERE IS THE KICKER, once they came out to complete the seed process they left trash, tools and equipment again but also left METAL BALE WIRE from the straw that was sucked up in the mower when we moved a week later. Called several times to explain the issue and when we got a return called 4days later someone was on the way to the house the fix the seed they thought was the issue. Told them again about the mower and they needed to pay for repair but they refused and said they would have one of thier people look at it. Last I check you deal in septic repair not mowers. Asked to have at least blades replaced and still have not received a call back in a week.

Have been using Ace for routine aeration system clean out pumping for several years. When system started backing up following heavy rains, they responded immediately. They promised to get the situation fixed in three days. It took six. One day was lost to weather, one to waiting for an inspector from the company whose negligence led to the problem, and one to the weekend. I was a little surprised to see other reviews complaining about rudeness because I have never experienced anything close to that in my contacts with any Ace employee.

Colt and his family are wonderful people who do a phenomenal job. Wouldn’t use anyone else for my septic system needs. Highly recommend!!!!

Colt and his crew replaced d-box, pumped out septic tank, that appeared that had not been properly pumped in about 18 years. They did outstanding job and I highly recommend them. If I need septic system work in the future, he is who I will call.

I thought I needed my septic tank pumped out, but when Ace arrived they assessed the problem and determined that I needed them to snake out some roots that had blocked the drainage pipe from my house to the tank. The service guys were friendly and knowledgable. They could have come here, pumped out my tank and then fixed the blockage, resulting in more money, but they didn't. I appreciate the honesty! Thanks! I will most definitely recommend Ace to anyone!

My husband had this company come out to pump the septic. I thought the price was very expensive once he was done but not having called around I assumed it was just inflation. O how I was wrong. They are charging people too much. Also, when I call back to get someone to come back out only 5 weeks later when my tank is full again they keep saying they will call me back and nothing. They don't want to respond to my issue, maybe because they didn't do their job right the first time. I would never use this company again!

Was planning to use Ace Septic for service because I was sent a reminder via postal mail. I called to setup service and they were not able to lookup my account, even though they had serviced it before. The lady said she would call back the morning of the appointment to give me a quote (???) which was odd but I figured it needed done.

Service day came and no call. I called in and spoke with a different woman. I don't think she gave her name, but by the other reviews it sounds like its the same woman. She was the one of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. She couldn't find my account but gave me pricing and was just extremely rude... and annoyed that I had asked additional questions. I got off the phone and thought about it... and decided to call back and cancel. There are far too many companies that provide the same service (at probably a better cost) that are far more professional and show courtesy. Thanks to this woman I will make sure I never use this company again, and explain to my friends and family to never use their services either.
