After 11 years of what I thought was good service with other companies, we found things had not been serviced properly on our septic tank. ACE came out within a day of speaking to them and did things the right way. The money was worth knowing that the problems we previously had were repaired correctly and not a band-aid solution.

Ace Septic (James) had great communication with me and let me know exactly when he would arrive. He was polite, friendly and worked hard. I was more than satisfied with his work and pricing. I do recommend him to others and will absolutely use this company again.

Scheduled an appointment to have our septic tank emptied. Tyler S. arrived on time and went above and beyond by answering all of my questions and doing a thorough job. He was professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!

We’ve always had ACE pump our septic tank so when we began having a problem with our lift station filling up we called them to diagnose the problem. Colt believed he understood at least part of the problem when I talked with him on the phone, and he offered to come out the next day to fix it which we accepted. He had been thorough in explaining what he felt was the problem, and what he would do, but we were still unsure, and wanted a second opinion. We called another company and greatly appreciated that they came out the next morning prior to ACE’s arrival to diagnose and advise. His diagnosis was completely different which left us in a dilemma, who should we believe? When Colt arrived with crew and equipment in tow, he listened to our concerns again, and then when about the yard checking the whole system out, our pump station, septic tank, leach field and curtain drain (the other guy was definitely not as thorough to his detriment). Colt pointed out some issues that could be causing problems and things that he felt should be done to fix the issue. He answered our many questions which helped us determine the best way to proceed. Our concrete riser lift station had shifted and was allowing ground water to get into the station causing a greater burden on our system, that combined with the pump that was intermittently working were our greatest issues. He replaced those and water jetted our curtain drain which gave us assurance that it was working properly. We really liked that Colt was so knowledgeable, and that he explained the whole process before he started the work, so we knew what to expect from start to finish. He answered questions from us throughout the entire process. He stayed at the job the entire time ensuring that it was done properly. We really liked that he had so much experience and was a part of the entire process from diagnosis to job completion.

I had an emergency and called multiple places, but couldn’t get anyone out. Ace had someone here within the hour. From the phone call to the employee that showed up all professional and extremely helpful.

Colt and his crew did an amazing job on our with our sepic system . They were very professional and friendly. They were easy to talk to and very willing to answer any questions. They were not able to make it out in the fall due to weather and were kind enough to bring a brush hog to take care of the high weeds before they seeded and put straw down. Highly recommend them!

Had them come out a couple of times to inspect my tanks. Every time they told me they couldn’t inspect or work on it and needed to bring their boss out. On the final visit, I was told my tanks were collapsed and I need to switch to city sewer.

That’s when I got a second opinion from another company. No collapse, no damage, just needed risers installed.

Colt and his crew did a great job replacing our line from our house to our aeration unit. They were very friendly and diligent about their work. We’d highly recommend them.

My parents had a septic issue with their rental property, had one company out that refused to even look for the tank to clean it. Called Colt at Ace and even though he was done for the day he came out to check everything out. Ended up being way more than just a clean out and they were back first thing the next morning to do the work. I feel like they did an excellent job at a fair price. They did not do any work until they explained everything and got the okay from us to go ahead. Dug up and replaced several feet of pipe very quickly and had service back up and running in no time. Thanks Colt and crew for getting us taken care of and going above and beyond. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ace Septic came in my house in an emergency situation. Colt and crew responded the same day and efficiently diagnosed the septic system problem. Within 2 days, Ace was working and fixed my septic tank (removing the roots, placed 2 new foots and concrete at joints to negate future roots)/ replaced the distribution box and lift station and replaced my inlet line from house to tank within 3 days.

As a female home owner, Colt's knowledge and experience out me at ease knowing that I made the right choice have him complete this work for me. The cost of the project was very reasonable. I plan on recommending Ace Septic to any one who needs Septic and sewer work. Thanks Colt!

Terrible experience. I have used this company to pump my septic and they did a great job. Last fall while pumping out my tank one of the workers noted that my D box needed replaced. This was not news to me. He told me they could do the work. I called this spring (April) to get an estimate to replace the box and add some fill dirt to my front yard. They scheduled to come out and price the job. They didn't show and no call. I called back the next day and they called back several days later and rescheduled. They missed the next appointment and again no phone call to me. Finally I was able to get them to come out and price the job. I was ok with the price and time to do the job. I paid in full. Well, they didn't show up as scheduled, didn't return my calls until 3 days later and then rescheduled the work. The scheduled day came again and went with no contact. They just didn't show up. I called into the office and a few hours later they called. Informed me they could not do the job and attempted to once again reschedule. I declined and have requested a full refund. These people continued to break their word to me and had every excuse in the book. I am a patient person, but they had my money and I lost all confidence in their ability to be honest in keeping their commitment and word to me. We will see if I have to report them to my credit card company to get the refund. It is one thing to have problems fulfilling sometimes, its entirely different to schedule numerous appointments and then just do not show up and to add insult not even contact your customer to let them know there is an issue. All I can say is that I only deal with honest sincere people and I will never use this company again.

Ace Septic tank is the people that you want if you have a septic tank problem I am very happy with the job they did for me they are very knowledgeable their work is excellent and they have an excellent crew. The top of my septic tank fell in and within two days they had two new tanks in the ground. The health department approved their work. Their permits were all gotten within the same allotted time. I highly recommend this organization. They did an excellent job for me.

My Dad who is 82 and a veteran and I went to Home Depot to get some plumbing pipes to fit his new dry sink and after trying all kinds of different attachments and help from the store worker with no luck at all! That’s when Colt over heard our frustration offered his help! He spent close to 45 min with us making sure we had the right fittings to our dry sink! He was very knowledgeable with finding the right fittings and made sure we knew exactly how to attach everything! He was very professional and most of all he offered his help when he was just a customer in the store offering his knowledge even though he was busy getting things for his job! Thank you Colt!

Ace was able to provide quick turnaround time from evaluating to repairing our sceptic system after the riser collapsed into the tank.

I usually don't give a five star unless someone goes above and beyond. This was totally out of there normal practice the girls in the office talk their service tech said they could surely help me out. And the service tech even gave me some advice to help me out in the future. Great job thanks to all of you.
They pumped out my boat for me.

Crew came out and pumped out tanks and jetted 200 foot intake line with high pressure nozzle. The also replaced my distribution box and installed a baffles valve in the tank. Work was done quickly and professionally. Ace has warranted their work.

I would recommended this company for not only the work being done when the said it would be done, but for the workmanship, professionalism, and the standing by their quote. They did what they said they were going to to.

The finish work after everything was done was great. The ground arou d the box was left nicer that when they arrived..

I don't typically write reviews; however, this company is not helpful whatsoever. I have been trying to get someone to come out and help me with my Septic Tank for weeks since December 21st. I highly recommend Chucks Septic; they came out and helped me with my issues and told me what I needed to do. Stay clear of this company they are rude and don't care about their customers. When I called and tried to push the issue to get some help they acted as if I was in the wrong and I put something on the schedule, and they still didn't show up.

Alice the dispatcher and Tyler the technician kept me updated from the scheduling to the day of pumping. When coming out to pump, Tyler was fast, efficient and professional. Would highly recommend this service.

Great customer service! There was some confusion from the original plumber, but Colt came out and handled the situation with great professionalism, quickly, and even made sure the job was completed 100% in the same day when the plumber walked out because of the extra work he created for himself. I recommend calling Ace to everyone!

Colt and the ACE Septic team are amazing. I had a septic tank and the outlet pipe collapsed due to age. I had to hook to city sewer since I had city sewer pipe running onto property. After talking with several companies I had Colt come out and not only did he diagnose the issue but found other issues and gave me options. Colt and his team were friendly and resolved my issue within a day. I will definitely use Ace for any future issues. They have a loyal customer for life.
