Do not even bother with this company... Call Chuck's septic inspection grove city instead. We had an appointment for a septic inspection for our house we are buying and these people waited til the realtor/homeowner drove an hour to the house to cancel on us... They told us they would reschedule and they never called us back! And we called them multiple times and they kept saying they would call us and schedule then they never did that either!! Horrible receptionists over there, they won't schedule you. Chuck's ware very busy and still managed to fit us in.

Colt and the ACE Septic team did an awesome job! Our septic tank distribution box and risers were in bad shape/degrading. I called Ace and talked to Colt's Mom who was very personable and professional. Colt called me back and he and his team came out and installed new risers, piping and distribution box. It is a very good quality material and much safer. Colt also came in to check how our water softener was hooked up to the septic tank, and my husband worried about new people around our dogs. When he came in the house the dogs loved him, which was a surprise to my husband. Colt was really good with them. We will absolutely use Ace for any future issues. Thank you, Ace Septic Team!

A quick story: I had recently misplaced my wallet at a gas station just outside of Columbus. A month had gone by since misplacing it when I got a facebook message from Colt, of ACE complete Septic!
He asked if I'd misplaced the wallet, and I of course responded that I had and went on to describe it.
He offered to ship it to me, free of charge. I asked if the cash (a few hundred bucks) was still there, he said yes it was and even sent a photo of it. I asked if he'd be alright with my husband and I driving over (we live 3hrs away in Indiana). He said it wasn't necessary but if we were there before 10pm he'd be fine with it.
We did drive over, Colt was nothing but neighborly and kind to us, and the wallet was returned in nearly the same condition. Save for the fact he had discovered it in the load of dirt that just came from his loader bucket! Not his fault, obviously :). Otherwise, everything that had been in there when I lost it was still there when he returned it.
I can't express my gratitude to Colt enough. He did right by me, and when I offered a cash reward his immediate response was "nah, just pay it forward". <3
If there's a company of honest people out there, I think it's safe to say Colt and his team are it. So friendly, so genuine. You don't meet people like this every day.

If you are looking for a full service septic company you can trust, this is it. My family and I had an incredible experience with Ace. Colt listened to what was going on with our system and quickly identified the possible problem. He was spot on with his analysis and quickly repaired the current system. His goal was to save what he could in order to save us from the costly expense of a new system. Unfortunately we will need a new system in the very near future but he was able to get us going again while we figure out next steps. I will without a doubt be using Ace for the new system and for any future septic needs as not only was Colt great to work with but so was his team. They were great with my family and worked around my curious boys and made sure my wife was as informed as I was in the decision making process. We both learned a lot from them. Can’t thank them enough for the fair honest treatment.

We feel so blessed to have had Ace and specifically Colt help us with our recent septic issues. Colt and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and kind through a very stressful situation for our family. We were put at ease knowing we could trust the work that was being done. They did so much work for us over the course of two days and truly went above and beyond! When the job was done, Colt realized that the lines still needed to be jetted and promised he would be out soon to complete it. True to his word, Colt made a special trip out the next day. Can’t speak highly enough of this company!

We had our septic tank and lid collapse on Memorial Day. Aerator fell into the tank, too and part of back wall as well. We called a few different companies looking for a repair quote, but were met with “we won’t repair, you need to replace” without even looking at it. Called Ace, and Colt came out to look at it the next day. After his assessment, he went over the requirements, what is necessary to be in compliance and then gave us a quote to stabilize and rebuild the portion of the tank that collapsed, clean out the drain lines, a new aerator and even re did our sump pump discharge which was draining too close to the tank.

All of this was done within 2 working days (3 total as one day was a complete rain out where concrete couldn’t be poured). Colt and his team did a phenomenal job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them personally down the line if any issues arise.

We are so grateful for Ace Septic! We had a septic tank issue that needed immediate care. The owner scheduled us as soon as possible, but when the issue had us worried about waiting until the next morning, he came out and looked at it the same day, after his regular hours. The cost for draining our tank and looking everything over was very reasonable (compared to other companies we've used). The peace of mind that came with the same day service is immeasurable though! We would recommend Ace Septic to anyone!

Colt was very honest and helpful. Colt and his workers were very polite and did a great job inside and out. He even is going to come back and fix the yard because it was so wet and was not able to do it at the time of the fix. Thank you for your service. I would recommended Ace to anyone.

Are you looking for a honest professional contractor with very reasonable prices? Choose this company. Mr. Fadi has done renovation and repair work for my nephew and my sister. We have all been super pleased with the outcomes. He is very thorough and takes pride in doing the job right. I have an older home. He ran into many problems as my bathroom renovation began. Fadi made sure all problems were repaired properly and that my home was safe. He is very patient and a pleasure to work with as was his crew. They were always on time. He helped me make decisions and even accompanied me to the store to help chose the best flooring for the job. I am so pleased with his work that I already have a list of future projects I will be calling him to do.
