had a well emergency. person I talked to on the phone was very unconcerned. said he would call me back 4 days later. offered advice that made the problem worse. never got a return call.

They are very patient, offering free advice to diagnosis and correct the problem, and showed up on Saturday to efficiently resolve the issue. Dave and Tom are courteous, timely, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

On MLK Day, we were without water. Had a pump issue. Called Bapst, and they came out the same day and replaced the pump and some of the wiring. Did it very efferently and were very professional!

I had a tenant that had no water. Called them on a Friday morning at 8:20 am and they had it repaired by noon that day. Awesome customer service. Eddie is top notch!!

We just finished a home build in Mount Sterling and Babst handled our well along with a water softener. They were one of the few companies involved in the build that handled their business promptly and professionally.

They did not know how to do the job, very confused of how to do the job. Very disappointed, they wanted to drill for a now well when it was not needed, just a new well pump. They wanted to charge $10,000 to 12,000. For a job that was not needed. Wrong scheduling, said would be on Monday when called was tons no it was the next day and would take 3-4 weeks to complete to job.

David was able to get Eddie out to our house promptly to address our problem. Eddie was very knowledgeable on how to diagnose and fix our problems. Would recommend this company for anyone having issues with your well.

Bapts drilled my new well which is performing excellently and it passed county inspection. Great service all around!

Bapts came out to my old well, inspected it, and gave me all the information I needed to maintain it for the last leg of it's lifecycle. I feel way more in control of my well now, and Bapts will be the only call I make when it's time to drill a new one.

We have fought with well issues for 18 months now. Bapst was the 3rd company to come out and take a look at our system. They immediately knew the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. By far the best of everyone who we tried to work with. We can now use our well worry free!!

Only well driller to call me back same day. Arranged to come out and repair well head an idiot hit with finish mower(me). Repaired and shocked the well too. Great service family owned and operated 3 generations. And not expensive for the job. Recommend.

I think I left messages about my job twice and never got a response to either message. I just want to see if I could get water while we are building the garage, septic and many other jobs. I thought it would be easier to have water onsite, than trying to either truck it in or do 5 gal bottles or etc. But no response at all this has be 4 days since my last message and no response. I don't get it. If your not responsive now, then you won't be responsive in the future when I have emergencies.

Just want to give a Shout Out for this company !! I got a real bad deal with another on a well pump that burnt out in less than a year. Bapst came out immediately and corrected some problems, installed a new pump in hours and got me up and running !!
Eddie was Awesome !! Reasonable price too !
I will be calling these guys next time FOR SURE !! 👍👍👍
