Bapts Well Drilling, did an amazing job with my well. They were fair and did exactly what they would say they would do! Trust worthy company!

My husband called this morning to schedule an appointment and they were out by this afternoon. I can’t say enough good things about Eddie and Alex. I appreciate the knowledge that was shared and the customer service from beginning to end was great. I’d definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

Having no running water, I talked with owner, Dave, around 8 or 9 am. He arranged for Blake to make a service call around 11:45 am on the same day. Blake was friendly and professional. He swiftly diagnosed the problem, replacing the water pressure tank switch, and leaving me with running water less than an hour after his arrival. I'm a happy, loyal customer after that great experience.

They came out in one hour and diagnosed the problem. I needed a new pump but in was too deep to pull by hand. They brought down a truck the next morning to pull the pump. It only took about 3 hours and we have water again. Highly recommend this company.

As I type this review, Bapst is onsite drilling my new well. Today is Saturday, second day of drilling, and some of the drilling occurred during the rain earlier in the day.

This crew has worked non-stop, very impressive, thus far, I would highly recommend Bapst for any of your future water well needs. I will follow up once the job is completed... thank you.

Eddie is an exceptional human being. He and his guys helped me get squared away in Mount Sterling setting up a new system & general inspection. Diagnosed a few issues and corrected a couple minor ones while on site. Extremely knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. Was recommended to Bapst by a family member and thanks to Eddie & Bapst it looks like I’ll be a customer for life.

We had them install a softener and they did a great job. It works perfectly and it didn’t take all day. I highly recommend them.

We had been told that our well was dry and was distraught that we had been told by a previous place that it would take two weeks to come and fix it. We called Bapst and Eddie came out the same day. Eddie did a fabulous job, the well was not dry and he replaced the pump and we now have water. Thanks Eddie for being a blessing to us.

I left a message at 8 pm on a sunday because we had zero water pressure. At 9pm they called and had someone out at our farm at 8 am the next morning. Fixed the well within 1 hour (completely replaced well pump with up to date pump that had better water pressure than original). Even pulled 150 ft of well pipe up by hand! Thank you Eddie! Lol. Awesome business and wish more were like it! 100% recommended.

My husband and I built a house in 2019 and have dealt with A LOT of contractors over the last 18 months. Let me tell you... Bapst is beyond the best contractor that we used during our entire construction process. They are responsive, right on the money in terms of quotes, professional, and provide quality work. We have had to call their emergency line a couple times (unfortunately, both times during a holiday weekend) and someone was always sent out immediately. Our first well failed (not because of anything they did wrong) and a second one had to be drilled, which they did promptly. We had to have the pump looked at (electrical issue not related to the well), had our water softener installed by them, had them review some other stuff. Bottom line is... we have interacted with Bapst a lot and I truly, truly can't say enough good things about them. If we did anything right, it was hiring this company. You will not be disappointed by doing business with Bapst!

I had Bapst Water Well Drilling install my well in August of 2022 while my house was under construction. I recently had an issue with water pressure and Eddie came out the next day and diagnosed the issue and had me up and running in about an hour. He was very informative since I was a first time well user. I highly recommend Bapst for you well needs.

My tech Arturo was friendly, very professional and was very knowledgeable in his field. I couldn't have asked for better service. Will be using them for future projects.

Got home from work and my water stopped working. Was trying to call every place that I could think of that deals with wells. Called this place around 8pm on a Sunday. left a message thinking they would be in tomorrow morning. Returned my call a hour later. Had an employee at my house by 8:30 am on Monday the very next mor. Only had no water for less than 12 hours because of these guys. The tech they sent out was super helpful. He was super knowledgeable, and professional. Also super personable. I’m confident with the final project and I feel confident if life happens and something goes wrong they will be out here to fix it.

So glad that I called Bapst. Within 24 hours Eddie was able to come out with help and diagnosed the issue with our well pump. Though it wasn't an easy job at 220ft deep and PVC pipe, Eddie had it pulled and replaced in no time. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through every step. I couldn't have asked for a better company to help. Honest company with fair pricing. They have earned a customer for life.

What a stroke of luck that we were referred to Bapst Water Well Drilling when our water went kaput. It really says something when a competitor who was overbooked referred us to Bapst, sure we would receive great service. Dave Bapst has much knowledge - and knows how to calm a frantic older woman who has no water on a hot day in August! You can see Dave's style in his great team of workers!! Eddie and Arturo came out and had us fixed up and the water back on in a mere hour and a half - and we have an old well that requires working in a pit! Totally professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and excellent service at a fair price.

If you are looking for someone to work on your well, you found them. These are some very reliable, most professional contractors ive ever dealt with, and just good people! We lost water unexpectedly. We called them and they showed up right away. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day and WE GOT WATER! And when everything was said and done they didn’t charge us an arm and a leg. Price was very honest and reasonable! We found our well contractor. I’d never call anybody else from now on. ASK FOR EDDIE!!!! He is very knowledgeable, courteous and just a kind human being! Thank me later.

Great experience. Called with an issue with our water pressure. Communication was great, they showed up on time, fixed the problem, and was cost effective. Arturo did a great job and was super friendly!

Start with a prompt, professional callback (not a common thing, as we learned). Then add two good guys who arrived on time (from distance), didn't try to upsell, addressed the problem, and cleaned up completely when they were done. When we needed a new water tank, we went back to Bapst, and the story was the same from start to finish...except they called ahead this time to ask if they could come early! Go to Bapst, ask for Eddie and Arturo, and look forward to thorough, professional, competitively priced service.

Fast forward to 8/6: Needed a new tank at my mother's house and knew exactly whom to call. Got the customary quick call back, got on the schedule...and then were really glad when they were able to come a week early. Had Eddie and Arturo again - did the job quickly, were respectful of my mom and thoughtful about her nice house, came in well under the estimate we were given by a competitor. Very satisfied with another good job.

Called Bapst because we had no water pressure . They came out quick and Arturo went above any beyond to change out our pressure tank. Price was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend
