I've used Buckeye Plumbing several times and they have competitive rates, excellent service and support, and honest business practices.

I had a loose kitchen faucet. The guy had to turn a screw and tighten the base of the faucet itself. Took half hour. Boom... $315. Also came in with muddy shoes and left mud on my kitchen floor.

Buckeye Plumbing was amazing to work with when I was in a bind. Our kitchen sink was old and was leaking, and I called so many companies. Not only were they willing to work with my schedule, but when I missed their phone call to give me enough time to leave work to meet them, they turned around. Jim was a pro and fixed my sink, in addition to removing the rusted hose that was stuck on our outdoor spigot. They were reasonably priced and just decent people all around. Would absolutely use their services again, and Jim was a true delight.

Had a root clogging up the main drain line. Called on a Monday they came out Tuesday. First guy couldn't get through the root so a 2nd guy came with a heavy duty snake and got through. Price was excellent. They were here over 3 hours and 3 workers. Call Buckeye Plumbing & Drains not Eco or Rooto Rooters you will be happy you did.

Buckeye for HVAC annual maintenance was thorough and service beyond any HVAC service we’ve ever experienced. Technician Cullen Kelly explained every checkpoint he tested, which is really helpful to understand the fine points of an HVAC system. One of the best features of dealing with Buckeye is the ease of scheduling an appointment, via your phone, even on a weekend, and the system will get back to you with dates and times, very convenient, don’t have to wait for a person to answer a phone. I had a great Experience with the guy who came to fix just the drain plug in my shower. He was nice and did a great job. In replacing the drain plug it caused a leak. They came on a sunday fixed the problem.

The technician was great and knowledgeable, but they charge $314 / hour, which is just an insane price for a plumber. He diagnosed our issue (a leaky faucet) but we paid like $340 for a 1 hour diagnostic visit. I would not recommend them for anything small.

Recently had Buckeye Plumbing and Drains out to our newly purchased restaurant to get our grease traps up to speed and get started on a schedule for regular cleanings. We were able to schedule in very quickly, our plumber was super responsive to phone calls and our schedule, did the job very fast, was kind and friendly, great price, plus our traps look as good as new! I appreciate the great work they did and am glad they are the place we picked!
