Great customer service and education on fireplaces. Will use them again in the future for my fireplace inspections. Found the company via google search which pulled up the companies website link and phone number. Easy!

First available appointment was 2 weeks out. Was called right as appointment was supposed to start and was told that they were just leaving previous job and would be there in 15 minutes, but call if that didn't happen. Waited 20 and called back - no response. Waited another 10 and called again - no answer. Tried once more 40 minutes after they were supposed to arrive and still no answer. Left home and got a call right after and was told he was just leaving the shop and would be there in 15 minutes.

Told him how disappointed I was in lack of communication and was told that he couldn't leave the prior job until it was finished and it was their busy time of year bud.

We used them for the first time a year or so ago and recommended them to our daughters, nieces and others. Everybody who used them had nothing but compliments. They are hard workers and they don't try to sell us on repairs we don't need. We trust them and in the end that's what it's all about.

Chad showed up with a young man, told the young man to sweep. Wore their tennis shoes in the house (without baggies). Chad went outside while he was sweeping and conjured up some faux repairs. Came back in with his tennis shoes again. Asked me to come out so he could show me how the chimney needed sealed. K. Chad told me I needed to use three creosote removal logs, then wanted to charge me for another visit to "finish the sweep". Never even got on the roof and was telling me about my problems. Said he'd only charge me the Groupon price. Thanks for the favor. Our last chimney sweep, comparable price, included creosote removal and didn't try to rip us off. I will not be going back to them.

Very pleased with the Service. Scheduling was pretty far out but was accurate and worth the wait. Service techs did a thorough job and uncovered some potentially dangerous issues that need to be addressed. They were quick, neat, and courteous and explained the process as they went along. Recommend them 100%.

They cleaned and inspected and recommended needed repairs. Wanted us to pay ½ up front for repairs to get in que. We declined but stated we would pay half up front by credit card later. Since then, they have ghosted me. Glad we didn't give them money up front
