Have had several wonderful experiences with the company over the years. Jim performs the work on our boiler/radiant heat system and is exceptional at it. He’s knowledgeable, accessible, prompt, honest and goes above and beyond.

I was in an absolute emergency. I am talking about water pouring out of the toilet onto the ground. I called, Kaylee picked up and told me they would be there in 30 minutes. Afterwards, Kelly called to make sure everything was good and to collect payment. I am very thankful for this company, saved the day, and everyone I talked to was nice, professional, and worked quickly.

I appreciated that they had availability that they could come out the same day. A tub drain was clogged at our rental property. It ended up that a baby washcloth had gone down the drain. They easily pulled it out within just a few minutes, but they charged $314 for the service call. They may be OK for bigger jobs, but for small jobs it was definitely overpriced and much more than what we have paid with other companies for similar services in the past. So be aware the minimum charge is $314. Even if they are only there 10 minutes. I wish they had told me this on the phone when I told them it was a clogged drain.. That is more than double of any other plumbing company I have used in the past.

Buckeye Plumbing & Drains came out to help us with a clog, and they were amazing. They cleared the clog in no time. While they were here, they were very observant and noticed that some of the plumbing in our crawl space had been installed incorrectly.

They went above and beyond by helping fix the issue and making sure everything was done correctly. Josh and Trenton were both very helpful and professional throughout the process.

We are very pleased with the service from Buckeye Plumbing & Drains and would definitely have them out again. Highly recommended!

From the very first estimate to the final installation, the entire experience was truly world-class. The team took the time to clearly explain the recommendations, answer every question, and ensure we felt confident in the plan to run a new gas line for our range.

What really stood out was the professionalism and care taken while running the gas line through the finished part of our basement. The work was done with incredible attention to detail, keeping everything clean and minimizing any disruption. You would never know such a major project was completed — it looks seamless.

Beyond the technical expertise, the kindness and friendly attitude made the entire process even better. It’s rare to find a team that combines skill, professionalism, and genuine customer care at this level.

We couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend them to anyone looking for true world-class service!

I broke a pipe this morning at 930am and flooded my basement. Buckeye plumbing came out at 1pm and repaired the broken pipe. I am not a plumber but you can be the judge of the work done in before and after photos in this review. They replaced the UPC with copper and added a valve and also a new hose. The job was priced at $400 and I am confident the cost of materials was close to $200. So between the craftsmanship and response time, this company was great. Thank you to the team for the quick repair time.

Friendly, efficient, honest, and highly skilled. We love our new HVAC system, especially in this frigid winter!

American Made replaced my air conditioning unit. They called before they showed up, completed the repairs and you could not tell they had even been there....except now it is nice and cool in my place. Very professional.

    Terrible Service.

I had the entire Heating/Cooling system shut down and tried to schedule with them on a Friday. They were really busy Friday and told me to call back after the weekend to get scheduled for that week.

I called back on Monday, as we discussed, and was told they might be able to schedule me for the following Tuesday. It's ridiculous to expect a customer with no HVAC system to wait over a week to even get their system looked at. They should have just told me when I first called that they were booked up and recommended another business.

    Don't Trust This Business.

Had them come out to service my furnace and heat pump for strange clicking noises. He found a wire burnt out and charged $145 for that repair. Noise came back that day. He came out again on that Friday and said a sequencer needed replaced and he’d be back the following Monday. No call, no show. Called in and receptionist said he didn’t get the part until late but didn’t even know if that was the issue but he could come the following week which was way too long to wait. Was told to find someone else. Asked why I wasn’t notified and she didn’t know. Decided to call someone else. They found two more burnt wires and what was causing the issue. I don’t recommend a company who doesn’t know what they’re doing and does no call, no shows. Would be great to be refunded for the charge that didn’t even fix the issue and he missed multiple other problems.
